I bought this for my girlfriend recently for productivity tasks and light gaming. It handles both exceedingly well. Now I regret buying an Apple product because this product is much better.

I originally purchased the laptop on August 24. Right away, I noticed it was getting unusually hot while charging. About a week later, it began glitching frequently, which raised even more concern. Thankfully, I caught these issues just in time—still within the 15-day refund window. I was able to return it and get a replacement, and I’m hopeful this new one will perform as expected.

My wife needed a non-Mac computer, and this was it. A Windows based computer that had a similar Apple feel. She loves it. Everything is sleek and well maintained. It has a high-quality build. No complaints!

I think the computer is overall OK for my needs. I do not like that. It doesn’t have a rear camera and I don’t like that. It doesn’t identify my face in order to open. I have to use a thumbprint.

It's a very good laptop the copilot is a nice feature, the battery on the laptop can be a bit better, the screen and brightness is great.
