This is the first PC I have bought since 2014. It was a difficult decision as I had many choices and I wanted the larger screen. I was disappointed my version of MS Outlook was not compatible with Windows 11. I do have other options for email, but am still able to use MS Word and Excel. Overall, I recommend the Microsoft - Surface Laptop.

Great laptop, easy to set up, battery life is great don’t have to carry charger around everywhere.

Replaced an 8-year-old version of this device with current model. Great experience and love this PC as much if not more than previous device which is also still going strong but not compatible with newer technology.

Laptop appears to be fine. However during the setup, "something" got screwed up and lost a bunch of important files. Shame on me for not backing things (in the cloud), but it was VERY disappointing. My bigger challenge was with my BestBuy Card which was declined for apparently no reason. This is VERY embarrassing, especially when it's not your fault. I did get a notification 5 hours later that I had tripped the Fraud Detection and I should call immediately. What a joke! VERY upset about that but clearly BB doesn't care.

The screen size is perfect for entertainment but also work related purposes.

Premiumn feeling, great battery life, elite x is a decent cpu

so far, the computer was easy to set up and working. It operates well and I am pleased with my purchase. The sales person Kharl was very helpful and not pushy at all. I would go back to him for anything else I need. Thank you
