Very helpful staff. Transition from old device to a new one better than expected.

My third MS Surface and I still love it. I went with the larger screen this time and am enjoying the bigger image. I use this for my small business so I also purchased the docking unit. And a shout out for MS - They have come a long way helping with setup. Everything transferred over so easily. Just a couple of tweaks and I was back at work!

So far I have really loved this laptop! I use it for online college classes and personal spreadsheets etc. The picture is fantastic, sound is good for a laptop, and boots up super fast. The CoPilot has become my new best friend with all of the help it provides! LOL

The laptop is perfect. It's all that I expected it to be and even more. The colors are so true. The screen is just the right size.

Bought it because I am used to PCs but live how integrated Apple is and thought Microsoft 360 would give me the same. It was much harder to set up than expected. Please take into account the Ludite that I am. The AI is phenomenal though.

Faster and had way longer battery life. I would recommend this for remote work versus the other brands.

The surface laptop 7 is wonderful. The 15 inch screen is bright and crisp. I dont really use the touchscreen, but it’s a nice bonus. Trackpad is Mac-like, meaning it is in a league of its own. The key travel is excellent. The design is flawless - best there is right now for a Windows PC. The storage ssd is easily accessible and upgradable. I went from 512 to 2tb for about $100. I love the black shell/exterior. It’s sturdy and fingerprints do show, but wipe away easily. It still looks brand new. Only con has to do with Qualcomm ARM64 processor’s compatibility. Of everything I use, only one thing is completely incompatible. It’s an HP thermal printer I use for shipping labels (no driver - still). Otherwise - zero complaints.

This is the second version of this computer I have purchased. I would highly recommend. It is perfect for everyday use.

What a beautiful computer with and easy to set up. Loving it thus far.

Performance and light weight is awesome. Definitely recommend. Just be aware that you need to ensure the applications you install is compatible with the processor.
