Well worth the money. Great screen size, easy to set up, built in AI functionality is great. Only drawback is that it is a bit heavy.

Awesome laptop! That's my second Surface laptop, and the first one is still working after 8 years of moderate use.

I've had the laptop for about a month now. I will say this - if you are an average user who doesn't really game or do intense video editing, I think this is the best laptop you can get. It's insanely snappy, has a gorgeous screen, and an unbelievably premium feel. I love that about this laptop. The only downside is that the battery life isn't as good as people make it out to be. I get around 5 hours of screen on time.

Absolutely love it! It’s sleek, the keypad feels really nice. The camera is great and it’s slim and not too heavy. The battery life is also great. I charge it maybe 1x a week with moderate use throughout the week for my part-time remote job.

The product is much faster than I imagined: It meets all my PC needs. Was looking for as PC upgrade and the Surface Laptop was a wonderful choice. Fast, sleek, with Windows 11 installed and Co-Pilot access it does it all! Had to wait as it was selling so fast there was no inventory but it was worth the wait,

Processor is fast, its a beautiful laptop. I can have multiple windows open without slowing down..

The computer itself is fantastic but windows 11, is not. Half of the drivers for our business are not compatible with windows 11 and the Microsoft products are glitching with bugs.

Perfect for my demanding work and multiple large spreadsheets.

Works great EXCEPT because of Snapdragon it is not compatible with my Canon printer and software that Win 11 would be

The Microsoft Surface laptop is such an upgrade to the Surface Pro - I've had nothing but issues with the Surface Pro models that I've had. The Pro had battery swelling issues and screen problems that I don't anticipate having with this Laptop.

I'm a software engineer, so heavy usage profile with many scenarios that most won't run into. This is a fast, well-built machine that anyone would be perfectly happy with, outside of two cases. First, it's not a gaming machine. Second, for technical users note that this is an ARM processor architecture that is fairly new to the Windows world. This means that certain apps will not work well or at all. Two specific examples: I had an old, perfectly functional Canon printer/scanner that I can not longer use b/c the software is incompatible. Second, many libraries for use in the Python language aren't available. I can work around that by using WSL, but it's a bit of a pain,

I really like this laptop! This is my 3rd surface that I've had. I got the largest ram possible in this model because I do alot of photo editing and Lightroom runs very smooth on it. I will say when I first got it the mouse track pad had issues and I almost returned it but then I procrastinated and magically it started working properly. An associate at Best buy said this is a common issue with all surface pads that I probably just got lucky that it didn't happen to the others. I also really like the sleek matte black look its very minimalist while having the macbook air look. I also really like the copilot feature.

This is a great laptop. Definitely delivers in speed and love the copilot features.

I enjoy buying at Best Buy, the guy that help me picking the right computer was very helpful. I highly recommend this lap; the screen is the higher resolution I could find in the market.

I love my new laptop however my surface pen doesnt work with it in any way. I tried everything still not working .

Incase u want a windows and use microsoft apps , this is perfect machine in all respects.
