Absolutely love the size and the sleekness of it. If I could change anything it would be the battery life.

This is a pretty good laptop for school work. The only issue that I have is that the charging port. It is an odd connection. It quit and the geek squad said that it "appears" to have been damaged. How that occurs from inserting the charging plug is beyond me. The saving grace is that it can be charged via the usb-c port.

My husband love love loves the Surface laptop. He loves the soft Keyboard and the speed of the operating system. Time will tell but at present. It was the perfect choice for him.

It is a great computer for the price it was bought for. It is reliable but has a bad battery so it has to be charged every night. I recommend this computer if you are not gonna put it through much heavy use.

Love this little laptop. It's small and light and easy to carry around. Processing seems very fast. Wish it had additional storage on board, and additional built-in ports. It is not backlit. Battery life is good, but this is a new computer so I would expect that. This computer works well for day-to-day tasks.

Amazing for the work i need, i wish it had touch screen but the finger print sensor makes up for it, if your looking for something small, and compact to work inside or outisde this is your laptop!

Software was fast but I felt that everything on the screen was too small. Love the colors and keyboard! Overall I think it’s great for college students to carry around its lightweight.

Overall, this laptop checked most my boxes for what I wanted. I really wanted a laptop that was lightweight, smaller than a 13" screen, a pretty good battery life and enough power to be quick. I generally do basic tasks on my laptop, but occasionally need more power for some moderate tasks; which knocked a Chromebook out of the running. I debated between the Surface and Macbook Air. I ultimately landed on the Surface because I really enjoyed the touch screen and I got this on sale for $649 which made it much more attractive than the regular price. The biggest knocks on this laptop are the screen resolution is sub-par for a laptop at this price point and no backlit keyboard.

This is an amazing laptop for those of you who just need something light and portable to take with you on the go. While it isn't the most powerful laptop on the market for the price, it's certainly beautiful and it holds its own quite well. This makes a great laptop for college students or the everyday person who just needs to surf the web and send emails. This laptop will not handle heavy gaming or photo/video editing as well as other options on the market.
