Great Laptop
I went to the Best Buy at Concord Mills for information on a new laptop as mine no longer supported Windows updates. I received some great insight from the staff and then did a deeper dive on-line. I narrowed it down to three contenders and landed in the Samsung Galaxy Book 5. I love all it has to offer in speed, storage, performance, and the 15.6” screen. The fingerprint security is another great feature. It’s quiet, the keyboard is comfortable, and the built in Samsung apps are great. I was able to link my iPhone to the laptop to receive calls and also transfer files which is a plus. Finally, it comes with AI which I have just begun to explore. I would highly recommend this laptop.

This laptop is just perfect!! I am from Israel and I bought one for myself and one to give me friend when I return home (he returned the money), and I didn't buy it in Israel be cause it was about 3 times cheaper here (on black friday)! The laptop is well-built and has crazy good performance, I highly recommend. I am a Samsung fan, and this laptop completes my ecosystem: phone, watch, earbuds, tablet, smarttags and now a laptop!

Happy I switched from Apple
Switched from a 2022 MacBook Air and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. I'm a full time college student and also work remotely so I need something that can easily multitask and perform well & it definitely keeps up. Only challenge for me after having it for about a month was the hard drive backing up to OneDrive and removing my customized Desktop Icons for my shortcuts and my Folder Icons but this was easily fixed with a bit of research and clearing my Icon Cache in File Explorer. Very happy with the switch I made as this was my final integration after moving to the Samsung ecosystem with my phone, watch, tablet, etc. This was by far the most nerve wrecking switch from an Apple ecosystem and I have to say the waiting game paired with extensive research paid off because this laptop does all I need it to do & more!
