For any Surface Pro 3 owner that wants to convert to a desktop setting this is a must. Simple and easy to use. Just snap in and you are ready to use as a desktop

The docking station improves the surface pro 3 experience. There are many devices on my wireless network that can consume a lot of bandwidth. The docking station allows me to utilize the same networked devices via a wired connection which provides a faster connection without slowing any already connected wireless devices. Users should be patient with using the docking station as it may take a few attempts for inexperienced tech users to get the docking station to work fully with the surface pro 3. I recommend seeking assistance if you can't get the docking station to work. Up to date drivers and Microsoft updates are key.

Nice use of surface in desktop So can use as a PC with the extra USB ports and video outlink can have it setup to printers, full keyboard and a second monitor.

I am really enjoying my Surface. By using the docking station, I can easily operate my office. In a jiffy, I can use it as a tablet. So it meets many needs.

Provides the Surface 3 Pro that I love, with the much-needed additional USB ports. Making it collapsible (to fit in my bag) would be the icing on the cake.

If you have a surfcace tablet and plan on traveling from office to road to home etc...they make establishing an office environment very simple. Must have!

I have it for a few days, so far I really enjoying it. It converted my tablet unit to a full desktop. I enjoy to work on the big screen while I'm at home.

If you want to use your surface for anything serious (like desktop replacement), this is sort of required. It adds all of the ports you will ever need.

The docking station allows you to hook up to your printer if it's not wireless capable, it also charges your surface pro, and allow system networking.

I just love this docking station.............I use it on my lap desk and working desk. I never lose battery because it charges too. Great Purchase

This dock is great, plenty of USB ports and once you realize the sides pull out to dock easier this system runs even sweeter than you could imagine!

The docking station for the Microsoft surface is a must have! It really extends the functionality of the Surface and yet it's very compact.

I use it to connect an extra monitor and a usb hub for attaching other devices such as a mouse, external hard drive and it handles them great.

Makes the Surface easier to use. Although this item has a place to use a Kensington lock to prevent theft, it does not appear to have a way to lock the Surface Pro to prevent theft of the actual tablet.

I highly recommend surface dock if you use device in office with monitors and standard mouse and keyboard. It has truly replaced my laptop
