We bought the Surface Pro 6 for our kids for school/homework, surf the internet, stream videos, etc. We compared the Surface Pro 6 vs. Pro 7 and there was no major difference. We decided to go with the Pro 6 as it was cheaper. This is our first Microsoft product that we've owned and we are extremely satisfied with it. We like that it can be used as a laptop (keyboard cover sold separately) or as a tablet (tablet mode). It's quick to boot up and easy to log in (face recognition).

One of the best purchases I've made in a while. It's fast, very light and portable.I purchased it with the keyboard and pen.

For my money, the Surface Pro is the elite traveling laptop for professionals. It's quiet, thin, light and has full laptop-level professional software, unlike the iPad which has so many limitations with how Office works on iOS. On top of it, the Surface Pro is also a wonderful tablet - not as great as iPad only because the apps aren't as good. But this is my choice hands-down for a laptop/tablet combo.

Great, solid device. I have bought about 4 of them for my office and no complaints. Very sleek design, easy to travel with.

The Surface Pro is well-built, with a great balance of sturdy and light. I love the built-in stand and the peripherals are made with similar quality. The face recognition of Windows Hello works very well and improves the overall experience more than I expected it to. The hardware is high-performance for the form-factor, so it performs much better than any other 'tablet' I've used, and I've used a number of Android tablets from different manufacturers. My main complaint with the Surface Pro 6 is that the on-screen keyboard doesn't work well and it doesn't come with the "Signature Type" keyboard out-of-box.

I love the size and weight of the Surface Pro! It can be used as a tablet or add the key board to use it as a laptop.

I bought the original 1st gen Surface when it came out and used it basically as a tablet. RT operating system had its limitations. Had a nice i7 16 gig laptop for other computing. Although for a "tablet", it is pricey - but it is much much more than a tablet. Finally decided to treat myself to the Surface Pro 6 and it has not disappointed. Great machine for everything! (I have Adobe Creative Collection running as well as Office.) Thank you Microsoft!!!

I had to surface pro three surface pro four and now the Surface pro six they keep getting better as the years go on. Main complaint is still the Microsoft Windows operating system and it’s countless updates every day I got the computer for two weeks now and literally I’ve had about 50 different updates the computer itself is fast good back light and nice bright screen

I was able to get a KILLER deal for an open box EXCELLENT - $828. A type cover & pen make this device, but you must pay extra for it. I learned pretty quickly that I need a 2-in-1 which functions as a laptop 1st & tablet 2nd. It doesn't fit/stay on my lap. My mom LOVES it though. I wish the Surface Laptop 2 folded 360°, so I'm saving up for the Surface Book 2. I'm hoping Microsoft will update the Surface Book this fall by upgrading the CPU & GPU, changing SSD to one with more efficient write speeds, & also adding a Thunderbolt 3 port. I don't like a metal laptop & the Surface products are great - just need to be updated more frequently. I am impressed that Microsoft follows up with the comments left on Best Buy.

Absolutely love my surface it's fast and potable. I honestly wouldn't change a thing it fits my needs to a tee.

I purchased the Surface Pro 6 after speaking with an associate in-store. I went to Best Buy looking at the iPad Pro and/or a laptop for college classes, work, etc., and the associate explained how this product would meet all of my needs and wants. It has been 2 months and I am ecstatic with my decision to buy this surface pro 6. It functions as my laptop and tablet. Highly recommend.
