It seem like its not built for running for a long time, because I was on it for about 2 hours on a live stream then it got hot and froze up on me. That was not good.

Two years with this laptop and it is the best device I have bought myself!!

super fast / super convenient and portable small enough to go anywhere

This is the latest in the Surface Pro line. We have been using them since the Surface Pro 2, and they have all proven to be super reliable. This one is no exception. Another winner from Microsoft!

Dropped and broke my older Surface, so I replaced it with this one. I love the new features and I love my new Surface. Love the face recognition so that I just pick it up and it logs me in.

Portable and so compact. I travel a lot and this laptop fits anywhere. A bit pricey but it’s worth it

I am a preacher, and I first use the Surface pro 3 when it first come. I prepare my sermon on it and deliver my sermon from it every Sunday. It became my Bible. My S. pro 3 finally broke down, and I order Surface Pro 7. It is lighting fast compare to the S. pro 3. I hope this one will last me as long as the older one. This is the ideal for people to do presentation. Love it

I purchased this tablet after reading reviews and talking with my wife who has the surface pro go 6. It exceeds my expectations. First time starting and couldn't have been easier. I have had this now for several weeks and I am still learning and finding out things. The size of the screen makes it easy for me to use. The speed that I see when I open apps is wonderful. I am completely happy with this and will look forward to using it everyday.

This is my second Microsoft Surface, I love the performance and portability of these laptops.

I had the Surface 4 and decided to upgrade to Surface 7. Much faster and like the new design of the Surface.

Good product. Bought it as a main productivity machine (Core i7 model). Connected to a dock at the office with external display. Louder than I expected but much quieter than my previous laptop. Build quality is very good. Battery life is good but not quite where one would have hoped in 2021 (though I knew it beforehand so I'm not holding it against it) You can find cheaper machines with similar internals, but if you value form factor and build quality, I'd recommend it.

This Surface Pro so much faster than my old Surface. More memory and more power. Love it.

The keyboard attachment takes a little getting use to, but the touch screen and battery life make up for it.

Love this machine doesn't come with the keyboard and pen would recommend waiting for a sale. Other than that its a tablet with desktop capabilities. What more can you ask for?

This new surface tablet is the best ever I used... Design, performance and other spec is good for me.

10 stars. I've been waiting for one of these for a long time. I saved up cashback from my Best Buy credit card, plus it was on sale. I would have liked the bigger models, but now that I've played with this, it's fine for my needs. I love writing with a pen. The touch screen is very intuitive, the cover/keyboard has a little bit of a tilt, so very comfortable. I love this computer!

Great so far. Very fast. No problems running any of my Microsoft/work software. I purchased the Microsoft keyboard also...a must have if you are using it for work. That works great as well...and it's nice that it's backlit. I also have the surface I5....very similar...the I7 is maybe a bit quicker...but I can only tell a small difference at startup.

We have a much older Surface Pro that had zero issues, so we thought this was an easy and safe purchase. It overheats, freezes, the battery life does not hold as long as advertised (not even half as long) and has had to be replaced already. We will never buy another Surface Pro again.
