I was very excited to get this computer, I was very undecided between the surface pro or mac. And now I completely regret my decision. Within two weeks of buying it, I noticed there was a spot on the lcd. As if the lcd was damaged. It’s a small spot as of now, but if it is completely damaged, then the spot could grow even bigger, and that’s what I’m afraid of. I wanted to get an exchange but unfortunately it was past the return period Best Buy provides. It makes me upset because I invested a lot of money on this device. So before purchasing the surface pro, keep in mind the better options out there, Macbooks have an excellent rating, and I would recommend you go with a laptop that excells customer satisfaction. It’s a huge investment and you wouldn’t want to be in the position I’m in now.

I recently purchased the Microsoft Surface Pro from Best Buy, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. As someone who needs a device for both work and creative endeavors, the Surface Pro is the perfect solution. The design of the Surface Pro is sleek and sophisticated, and the build quality feels premium. The kickstand is a fantastic feature that allows for easy adjustment of viewing angles, whether I'm typing up reports or sketching out design ideas. The display is stunning, with vibrant colors and crisp resolution. Whether I'm watching movies or working on graphic design projects, the touchscreen is incredibly responsive and works seamlessly with the Surface Pen. In terms of performance, the Surface Pro doesn't disappoint. It handles all of my daily tasks with ease, from web browsing and email to light photo editing and document creation. The battery life is impressive, lasting me through a full day of work without needing to recharge. One of the things I love most about the Surface Pro is its versatility. With the detachable keyboard cover (sold separately), it transforms from a tablet into a fully functional laptop, giving me the best of both worlds. It's perfect for taking notes in meetings, sketching out ideas on the go, or even just relaxing with a movie at the end of the day. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The Microsoft Surface Pro is an excellent hybrid device that seamlessly blends productivity and creativity!

    Best PC/Tablet you can find

Surface Pro 9, great tablet/PC, the keyboard is super, extremely comfortable to type, it just snaps in and ta da!, display quality is great, being touch screen helps a lot, sound is great, runs very smooth, no issues at all, I don't do heavy work like editing or heavy coding. Portability is a plus. I did upgrade the SSD from 256GB to 1TB, bought it directly from Microsoft, and be aware! Do not buy those SSD's that you can find on Amazon, they will work, but they are somehow fully compatible, it is not my first Surface, I did the mistake of buying one on Amazon and I noticed the Surface was running super hot and the fans would not stop, I swap it back to the OEM SSD and problem solved, that is why this time I bought it from Microsoft, a breeze to install, OS install took about 10 minutes, but it is not for gaming, be aware of that.

It's small and lightweight and easy to carry around the office to internal meetings or outside of the office to/from home or other meetings. It's fast. The display is clear and amazing. The battery lasts a long time when I use it by itself. If I connect it to my external monitor for some of the work I do or to the conference room TV display, the battery drains faster, but not too fast, and it charges quickly when plugged in. Having a touch screen is helpful sometimes, and I'm enjoying that option. My biggest concern about getting a Surface Pro was if I could use it on my lap, and I can. I have to be sitting with both feet flat on the floor and not put the kickstand out to far, but it works for those short-term times I need to work without a desk or table. I'm glad I moved from a laptop to the Surface Pro.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 9 is an outstanding 2 in 1 tablet computer, period. It has excellent responsiveness, touch screen capabilities, beautiful screen and very compact. I can't think of anything negative about this device. Build quality is great and the best part is that Microsoft made it easy to upgrade the SSD hard drive. I highly recommend this product. Depending on your needs, you might want to consider the 5G version, but, the Intel chip will be faster. Really depends on what you need. I'm perfectly fine to just tether the computer to my phone when I need a wireless connection.

As far as Windows "Tablets" go, its the best out there. The Surface Pro 9 with the i7 has a surprising battery life. Its nowhere near the estimate Microsoft gives you, but I still get a solid 8-10 hours of normal use - Browsing, playing some videos, Word, Excel, etc. The touch screen is responsive, the keyboard is decent for a mini keyboard. Two things annoy me about it... First, it's heavy. It probably weights as much as my full size 15" laptop. You definitely know its in your carry on when you travel! Second, the only ports it has are USB-C, meaning you likely have to have an adapter for just about any device you want to attach to it. Despite those two things, I still like it. Do youself a favor and get the i7. The performance difference is amazing!

Love my surface pro! Lightweight and powerful... I wish I would have bought one a while back. It is perfect for people that are on the go. With remote work and meetings that can happen anywhere, it is way better to carry this slim yet powerful device rather than the typical 4-5lb laptop computer. I highly recommend getting the keyboard and a type C adapter to plug in HDMIs or any other external device to it. I am not a designer, so I do not think I would use the pen, but the keyboard is also a must! It is more expensive than many other options out there, but if you can afford it, just go for it!

Really enjoying the Surface Pro 9! I've had my device about a month and use it primarily for remote work but also personal needs. Very fast, the keyboard and pen accessory/features are awesome, battery life is good. I really like the customizable features you can adjust to maximize the battery usage. My previous device was a Mac Air M1. This is much more enjoyable for me to use, and storage & attachments are no longer an issue for me. It's also a plus to be able to sync with my Android. There are great case options and the touch screen is also really proving more valuable than I anticipated. Hoping this helps--you won't be disappointed!

I'm doing a Master's Degree, and needed a light/portable/versatile computer with a great battery. This is perfect. I can use it as a tablet to read, highlight, and make side notes. Plus is a computer to take notes in class and a great screen for watching videos. I cannot ask for anything else.

A good reliable Microsoft product that is lighter and more powerful than anything I have compared it to. Upgraded to a 1TB drive and restored it, for a lot less than they charge. I travel A LOT (60k miles on a vehicle in one year) and this never missed a beat! My shoulder appreciates having less weight on it too...

I've been a surface user since 2017 with the S3 and have never looked back. Each year they have gotten faster, stronger and more reliable. The S9 has continued with this in its typical brilliant fashion. It has less of a bevel around the sides which make it look extremely sleek and the battery life is better than previous versions

The Microsoft Surface Pro 9 is a fantastic 2-in-1 device that combines power and portability. The 13" touch-screen display is vibrant and responsive, perfect for work and play. Powered by the Intel Evo Core i7 processor and 16GB of RAM, it easily handles multitasking. The 256GB SSD offers fast performance, although not ample storage for most needs. The Graphite finish gives it a sleek, modern look. While it’s a bit pricey and the device-only option means you’ll need to buy accessories separately, it’s a great choice for professionals or anyone needing a versatile, high-performance laptop/tablet hybrid.

I really love this Surface Pro! I had an earlier version of this several years ago, but decided to switch over to a MacBook Pro., thinking I was missing something! I was wrong! After 3 years, I'm back with the latest Windows Surface Pro. I love that it's powerful enough for anything I throw at it. Definitely get the matching keyboard. it's a separate purchase, but I feel it's necessary. The pen now sits magnetically inside the keyboard. No more searching for it when you're ready to use it. I do wish they would have kept the card reader and headphone jack. Unfortunately, that's the direction that so many other laptops are going as well. But, still no regrets. I use this for everything and it's more than capable! Gorgeous vibrant display with touch capabilities. So, whether using it to stream media, as a tablet, or as a true power horse of a laptop, this gets things done with true style. I bought the carbon black model, but bought the sapphire keyboard/cover for it. Perfect!
