Having purchased a Surface I needed a keyboard and this provided just that plus protection for the screen of the Surface! Very lightweight and easy to connect and disconnect. Works well with the Surface's kickstand. Got it at a reasonable price.

I bought this keyboard for my Surface Pro 3, since you can use it with both the Surface Pro 3 & 4. This is a better keyboard than the one made exclusively for the Surface Pro 3, because there is more space between the keys, and the keys don't get stuck as much. The only drawback is you can't flip the keyboard backwards like you can its predecessor.

In my one month experience with this type cover, it has been amazing. If you have a surface pro 3 i would recommend you to upgrade your type cover to this. The typing experience and the track pad is so much better than the older generation. The keyboard has an amazing typing experience with nice spacing and awesome key travel. The track pad is bigger and better. It feels more spacious and the texture is a bit too smooth for my taste.

It's easy to use and turns the Surface into a "laptop" instead of a tablet. It is easily removed to go back to using it as a tablet. The only drawback is that it's so expensive.

I love all the color options but teal really stood out to me. The backlight on it is a lifesaver and it clicks into my tablet very swiftly and stays in place. The keys feel clean and everything runs smoothly. If anything sometimes the TouchPad is a little sensitive but because my tablet is a touchscreen it hasn't been a big enough problem for me to even notice regularly. I think it may even be me getting used to the set up still.

This keyboard is an ideal companion to a surface. Easy to attach and detach. light. nice looking.

This keyboard feels just like a laptop keyboard so it ended up being super easy to get used to.

Great keyboard for MS Surface Pro 4. Lightweight, doesn't add extra weight, and seems sturdy.

I love this keyboard. The backlite works great. It is very easy to put on and take off.

I use this every time I use the surface pro 4. It work well, but may miss a key every now and again. A real keyboard is better, but this is far too convenient.

Keyboard and trackpad both work great. Sometimes have issues with the surface recognizing the cover is plugged in, fixed by disconnecting and reconnecting.

Easy to use, better than I expected. It has a great feel and response is excellent.

This thing does what it is supposed to do. Perfect in every way. One tip the BB salesman gave me was to flip the keyboard around (pull it off and attach it so the keys lay against the back of the unit) when using it in tablet mode, so I am not holding the keys. I also do this when using the tablet standing so the empty space between the key rows can act as a resting place for the kickstand.

Great keyboard, there isn't much to say here... I'm a touch typist and this keyboard is top notch, not only for the form factor, which is pretty unbelievable, but also for any keyboard in general. The trackpad is performant, although it does skip a beat here and there, however as far as Windows trackpads go( why can't they get this right after all these years? ) it's by far one of the better ones I've used. As for the Surface Pro in general? I wrote a review about that device, in short great hardware( like this keyboard ) unacceptable software and littered with OS bugs.
