no issues since I purchased it. just bummed that Adobe illustrator doesn't run on this surface pro :(

Not bad but I wish that ARM wasn’t such a limiting factor for Windows. Otherwise this would be a great device.

This product is not worth the price, the industry is not ready for a arm32 or arm64 bit processor, I bought both the surface pro x sq1 and sq2 and both failed to install regular software. This is like buying a chrome book but with a really expensive price tag. The industry is using x64 bit process and it will take about 2 years to have them move to a arm processors or Mobile chips. The emulator that window is trying to have for these surface is still not out, they have been working on it for 2 years and still no progress. If you need to use it for work and need to install software for it please do not waste your time buying this

Just recently retired & was looking for something easily portable, light weight that traveled well. After doing some research I landed here. Have had a bit over a month, very happy with the purchase.

This product is outstanding! I’ve had an earlier version since 2015 It has been a great tool for business. Bought this for my Daughter stuffing to be a nurse. She loves it too

The surface Pro X is the most convenient product we have found for our company. Can take it anywhere. Doubles as a laptop and an "iPad"

I have only Microsoft products (except phone) had a problem but once, Microsoft took care of it. I have had all of their Surface products. Love them.

I received my service pro screen cracked from the corner the left side and I travel overseas want to open my computer I found it was cracked

Excellent product. Very reliable and fast. Great turn on speed and wifi connectivity. Runs with multiple apps and windows open.

Very slow. It only gets points for how nice it looks sadly that seems to be where most of the money has went too then to the processing power.

Product blows! don't purchase. Microsoft does not honor the manufacturers warranty. Product never lived up to performance expectations for a 16GB. Unit does not sit firm with back.

I brought this computer because of the hardware and screen experience, not excepting the issues with running applications that should work out of the box. Can you say "windows phone? It is the same experience: good idea but bad execution. The reason is because of the ARM64 processer. While it gives you excellent battery life and a better screen experience, it is an experiment running non-Microsoft applications. Even after I upgraded to Windows 11, which should have taken care of those issues, it was more frustrating because the problems did not show up until you run the applications. Using it for simple office or schoolwork applications; may work fine. If you want to use any graphics(lacks compatibility with graphics applications like Zwift), you will run into issues. By the way, I spent a month working with Microsoft support to get a replacement for a refurbished Surface Pro 7 or 8. Their response was the "system" would not let them do this. Now that the Pro 8, I would get that instead. I predict that the Pro X will have same fate as the Windows Phone or Zune.

Know that it has an arm processor and buy accordingly. B
