Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the Surface Pro X's screen size, design, and lightweight form factor, praising its ease of use and good battery life for everyday tasks like browsing and using Microsoft Office applications. However, some users experienced limitations with the processor's compatibility with certain programs and printers. The performance is adequate for many users, but those needing to run specialized applications should be aware of potential compatibility issues.

Unit failed out of the box!

Unit failed 4 hours out of the box. After setup it pushes a windows update that locks the machine. Only solve offered by Microsoft is to ship the defective unit back, then wait for them to issue a replacement. Microsoft tech forums for customers are documenting the issue.
