Customer Ratings & Reviews

The pen itself works very well as an accessory to the surface. I switched from an iPad Pro 12.9 M1 model with an Apple Pencil to the Surface Studio Laptop. Overall the Surface Pen has more functionality. There are customizable programmable buttons that allow for the device to remotely open programs and have different functionalities. It writes well, but is not as comfortable in the hand as a traditional round pen. If you are a Microsoft person this device will please you as an accessory to your Surface or Windows device.

Overall the pen is very good. I wish there was a rounded nib on the other side.

Great Pen. Compact, fits in the keyboard (that automatically keeps it charged), connects easily, and does it's job.

Pairs well with my MS Surface Studio. Works like you’d want. Assign it to be a pen, or pencil, paint brush, aerosol can, etc. Can use it for taking notes and filling out forms too.

High-quality. Long-lasting battery life. Super light. Overall amazing product.

For a price exelent product so far no problem performers exactly what needet for abjob well done, good qualitie, good product

Takes a while to adapt to the new feel vs. older pen - but very accurate/fast and the docking at the bottom of Surface laptop is clutch

Fantastic price for this product....Surface pens are outstanding

Kind of an adjustment getting used to the flat shape, but the pen itself works great and I like that it snaps up under my computer to hide.

Great pen for this tablet, but had to buy a charger for it, didn’t come with the Bundle.

I like the pen if I could use it. I don’t like you have to buy the charger separately and no one mentioned this…. Now I’ve got a pen I’ve never used

I love the fluidity of this pen. It is easy to use and its price point is reasonable. Quality pen!

So far it's OK but working on applying it's use to certain programs and items

Can't imagine having the Surface Laptop Studio without this. I've used the pen a lot less than I thought I would but when I have it's really come in clutch. Works great, fast, smooth, feels great in the hand, although a little lighter than the pen from my older Surfacebook. Love opening OneNote and pulling things in and then writing over it and marking it up. Works great. Battery life is extraordinary I don't think I've had to charge it yet. It charges when rested on the bottom of the Surface Laptop Studio as well, and holds itself there magnetically. It's like some crazy future voo doo. Love it!

Love this new style of Surface pen, love how it can get inserted into the keyboard so you don't lose it. This is an awesome upgrade for the new Surface devices.

Works great, no issues with it so far. Bit of a bummer you need the keyboard eith the slot or a separate charger for it.

Love that it sticks to the Surface and I like it's recharge ability, and it's weight is nice in the hand. I did prefer the older round style but have gotten used to it.

Works exactly as advertised. good functionality and good feel against the surface pro.

Works across all my Microsoft systems, Duo, MS Surface Pro, MS Surface Computer

A fantastic addition to the Surface ecosystem, the Slim Pen 2 offers excellent precision and responsiveness for digital note-taking and art. Its sleek design is easy to hold, though the battery life could be improved. A solid accessory for creatives on the go.
