It's beautiful and powerful. I do architectural visual designs as owner of Gulf Coast Modular Homes and the machine handles everything I throw at it. As usual Bet Buy service was outstanding!!

I've been using surface studio 2 for a few weeks now. I bought the i7 ,32 GB RAM, 2TB SSD. The system itself feels great. However the performance feels a bit outdated compared to the latest all in one's at a cheaper price. The biggest disadvantage at this point in time is the price. The price is way too much for a hardware that is almost 4 years old. It simply does not deserve it. Its worthy of 2 grand but 4.7 grand is atrocious.

As a prolific computer user in the graphic arts and interior design field, this computer is absolutely epic. Assuming you're not a computer snob who's only impressed by the latest specs possible in a black metal box, you will be in love with the Surface Studio. The deal I got on it through Best Buy was unheard of and I have yet to see it at that price anywhere else, ever. The screen is absolutely riveting and the keyboard is perfect. The mouse is satisfactory, perhaps I'll upgrade to the nicer mouse at some point but it's nothing to complain about or lower my rating. If you've got the money, there literally is nothing nicer. If you have kids, they'll love the interactive games like Cut the Rope or Fruit Ninja... and you're wife will love it too, despite the price.

As a full time photographer, this computer sounded like a dream. It has the large screen, awesome and accurate colors, is made for artists etc. Well after 6 months this computer started slowing way down (i had about 1tb filled by then) and rebooting itself randomly, and now (ive had it for 11 months now) it reboots multiple times a day. I've been on the phone with support multiple times and they dont have an answer for me. I use a LOT of programs, PS, LR, Blogstomp, Photomechanic, jpegmini, spyder, Illistrator, Smartalbums, and various ROES. This computer can't handle my workload. Once I got into wedding season, which was at that 6 month mark it became no better than my old computer (which was 9 years old mind you). When I upload wedding galleries online, it takes hours because of the amount of large files I deliver. I do it at night since I can't work during the large upload due to the slow down (which is normal). So when my computer reboots in the middle of the download and I have to start over again and agian it becomes a big problem. Waste of $5000 I have not had this for even a year and I want to replace it so bad, but of course, I'm still paying this one off.

Easy setup, exactly what I was looking for. Great for drawing, digitizing, & architecture wow!!!

Good computer but expensive, I bought it for my design software and later I learn it wasn’t a good idea, it was not enough. Otherwise for my business accounting is perfect.

The Surface Studio 2 is a beautiful piece of hardware. It would be nice to have more up to date internals but it is a joy to use and look at. The mouse is junk, ditch it and pick one up from Logitech.

This computer is everything I dreamed of. I did extensive research across brands, models, memory space, and capabilities. There is no comparison to this studio.

This is a pretty cool computer, love using photoshop and zbrush on this machine - perfect for all artists

Love the quality of the screen display, and the fact that it doesn't take up very much space. Clean and compact.

Surface studio 2 was an excellent choice I chose. the pc is excellent runs smooth , no issues and the best of all its touch screen. the other best thing is its able to lay flat this way your able to draw or design with easy comfort. I would definitely recommend this for all to get. the price is pricey but both every penny.

It like a piece of art. You'll want it centrally located so you can admire it passing by. I watched all of the videos on using it in tablet form but haven't made much use of that feature yet. Coming from a 28" XPS touchscreen, this is definitely the next level. My only complaints are all of the ports are in the rear of the base which makes it difficult to put close to the wall and the fact it doesn't come with a precision mouse, which is another $79.

The Studio 2 was extremely simple to assemble and get up and running.

Never thought I would go back to a desk top. This All in one has it all.

Surface is by far the best computer I have owned since I started the business, I was iij n the process of switch iij ng all my staff in to an Apple product. So glad I have bought this even it was expensive. Now I'm looking into getting the Surface Hub2 for my business. I am going to purchase 2 Hub2 Surface, 1 for WestCoast office and EastCoast office.

I purchased this computer a couple weeks ago. I have nothing negative to say about the product at this point and I use it at least 5 days a week. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because I haven't had the product for very long.

Tried to make an appointment with Geek Squad for help with my new computer & Cannon printer along with other tech issues I have. Nothing is available until May 5, 2020. Really need my Genius squad for set up. Love you guys but I could use some help.

The new Microsoft surface is great! SO easy to use & simple to set up. The pen is very intuitive & I love how it can be used at various angles. Great computer!

Came on time. Great product.will definitely recommend it. We purchased two of them for my brothers business
