This device is perfect for connecting to multiple devices!! Plug and play setup

I feel like this is a must have for the device this let's you set up a permanent workstation with usb keyboard and mouse network cable and multiple monitors. Just plug in the surface and its just like a workstation.

We use these exclusively in our production environment with MS Surface Laptops. Makes connecting two monitors, Ethernet and usb devices very easy on the user and these are very reliable and trouble free.

Very easy to use. Needed to buy a small hub to augment the number of USB ports for other devices

I like the USBc hub that is quality made hope it would support 2 120hz monitors as thats the next trend.

Unfortunately, this item was defective upon delivery. It was a Christmas gift and the time we took to return was about 20 days after purchase. Unfortunately, the new marketplace platform limits returns to 15 days. Just absurd in todays world. As such, I was forced to go to Microsoft direct for a warranty exchange. The item itself seems like a nice product, we just got a dud. I think more important is at all Best buy users consider not using Marketplace for electronic items that can be damaged. Although the fine print was there, later after I looked, I had no idea initially of this new marketplace and I am a paid "preferred" Best buy user. Not feeling so preferred right now.

All in all a good travel dock. It is good for travel but if you need 2 external monitors, you will need a work around

The hub works great.I'm able to connect my monitor, Ethernet and mouse/external keyboard.
