No 4K@60Hz

It's not like we use it everyday though. We'd just play with the resolutions and plug it back in and stuff until the output to the TV would work. Finally no matter what I did it was failing. Then I had an epiphany to check the refresh rate. When I'm at 4K and 30Hz, it works perfect. Anything above 30Hz at 4K it will not work. Yes, 60Hz will work if you're not using 4K. This was tried via a Surface Pro 7 as well as through the Surface Dock 2. Definitely the adapter that has the issue. Will order a different adapter going forward or stick at 30Hz. I'm stuck with this thing though....

The problem is when I used 4096x2160 resolution the TV screen is turn to black and the computer was frozen. I know that this item supports till 3840x2160 but I am using cheap one bought from Amazon it says maximum resolution 3840x2160 but it supports 4096x2160 without any problem

Great Surface accessory

Duh, it’s made from Microsoft. Stream ur surface to the tv. No lagging with video or HD movies. Went with this instead of the wireless device. With the money.
