Not a good product

All the parts are there and all that is left to install is the os (windows 10). So I scratch the product code off and ends up smudging some numbers off. Luckily I found a code online for windows 10 but that is just terrible. I have read reviews where this has also happened to other people and it is sad. This could simply be my fault but this scratch to reveal code has to go.

I purchased this thinking this was the RETAIL version, which I could use in case I ever built another PC. The item description did not say that this was OEM. Be aware of that there is a difference.

They now want to charge $14.99 for use with windows 10. The programs are not easily accessible & you have to enter search mode to find the programs.

I had to spend 2+ hours on the phone with Microsoft to get it to work and they eventually just gave me a new operating system. Do not recommend buying this from Best Buy.
