Bought for my son to use in his mac. Really just needed the license but I wanted my Best Buy reward points. Asked for it at the counter and they brought me the Spanish version. Not really what I wanted.

I did not realize till after I put this in my newly built computer that it is the Spanish version. Talked to clerk at the local Best Buy and was told computer software is not returnable and they don't even sell the Spanish version. On my receipt it does state that it is a Spanish version...not happy...I will recommend to friends, but do not trust the clerks..

Son purchased for an upgrade. Salesman provided Spanish copy and we didn't notice until it was opened. Son figured out how to convert it - installed and everything working fine.

I was told with the new windows 10 you can switch the language to be totally in Spanish. I knew that it didn't do it fully and tried it and it didn't work, only was in partial Spanish. I knew you need to purchase the software since I had to do it for an old computer that had windows 7. Had the geek squad install the software, checked it out and it was totally in Spanish. I needed the computer totally in Spanish since it's going to be used for school work down in South America.

Well, I don't speak Spanish, and to be quite frank this version of Windows was given to me by mistake. But, it functions properly, and I learned something new. Alt plus Q makes the @ symbol on the Spanish keyboard.

Went to buy windows 10 to upgrade, got home and found I had the Spanish version. Went back and even though it had been opened, had no problem trading it for the English version which is working great! Good job Best Buy customer service for understanding the error!

Upon getting this, i was misinformed by a representative at the store that i would have the option to go to English. Upon attempting to install I was unable to install due to unable to read dialect of Spanish.

I needed to install a new version of windows for a re-build PC and purchased the Windows 10 OS from Best Buy, unfortunately I was not aware that it was the "Spanish" version until I got home and tried to install it but could not as I do not read nor speak much Spanish. In the pass MS always provided different languages built into the OS install Medium but this is no longer the case. I had to return this and get the English version. This was just a mistake by the sales person and me not being aware that MS has changed how it provides the Windows OS via a thumb drive with a specific language ... Lesson learned and You be careful to read what language is showing on the box.

Easy to used, variaty of apps, look good and fency.

Except it was Spanish .... Luckily it went smoothly. Got English out of it... lol.

Microsoft windows is the only way to go when getting a new computer.

It is a cheap way to get a 4 k card performance mildly lacking.

I have been able to do minimal work due to time restraints. I haven't had any complications thus far!

Purchased to upgrade system. Easy to install. Now my in laws housekeeper can use the PC with ease. She is used to her native language. The English version was difficult for her. Marta is happy :)

Needed to upgrade my laptop from Windows 7 and this did the trick. Very easy to install. Saved all my data and documents and is much faster than Windows 7

I bought this operating system for my new computer that I assembled. It was easy to install and it runs perfectly. It was what I needed.

After I returned the Spanish version I was given by mistake, I installed the English and couldn't be happier.

What can I say. I need win 10 and they had it. Lol. Exactly what I was wanted. Install was a snap.

We ended up getting the Spanish version by accident had to return it the service was horrible
