I asked the guy at the register for Windows 10 home edition and he gives me the Spanish edition and I did not notice. When it came time to install it was all in Spanish and there was no way to change the language until it was finished installing. Even then it was difficult to navigate and setup not speaking the language. When you buy Windows 10 at Best Buy I think it very important to make sure you get the Windows version in a language that you speak.

Major snafu by best buy. Sold me an operating system that's in Spanish. Have to admit it was alot better than the English version. At least when it crashed in Spanish I wasn't able to tell

Bought the OS thinking this is all I need to make my computer fantastic. And it really is! Only thing is the Best Buy employee who gave it to me just gave me a random box which happened to be the Spanish version of the OS. Needless to say if I didn't know Spanish I would be semi screwed. All in all though it's great.

We set out to buy the English version - packaging error - NO indication
that SPANISH version was contained in the package.. LOL Exchanged at the University Park Best Buy store, due to the packaging error. Otherwise, would have been stuck with this - as there is NO refund/return for software.

Very easy and straight forward setup. Plug in the usb stick and follow the instructions and you'll have the os installed and ready to go in less than an hour.

I do not know or speak Spanish, and was sold a Spanish language Windows 10 program. By the time I was able to return it, the store would not give me a refund. I was given a gift card to be used in the store.
