Had no choice but to get the Windows upgrade; now that I am used to it, there are features which I like a lot and others which I find annoying and unhelpful.

So far the transition to 10 Pro is great. Two items I ran across. 1. In Edge, the application keeps getting stuck on websites and closes and restarts. 2. I have dual displays and for some reason the second monitor keeps having issue with the new application, There is a loss of communication to the monitor and the screen will not display the newest page. When you run the cursor over the page the old page starts to erase. I am forced to reboot my docking station for it to work again. No problems on 8 and loaded the correct drivers for Win10pro before connecting the docking station.

New PC build and Win 10 did not transfer license number. Bought new and installed. Works great! Less than an hour to install and run.

Windows 10 replaced Vista on my old computer. Vista was a miserable failure so windows 10 was a great relief, and pleasure to install.

easy to install. great interface. I liked the windows 7, however was not a great fan of windows 8. I am liking the windows 10 .

Need an windows os for win software. Windows 10 has come along way to come close to Mac OS. In some ways, it surpasses Mac OS.

I am really happy with this purchase, very easy to install and offer all the best from Windows 10. Cons: It's only 1PC licensed

good operating system. had trouble downloading it. this was much easier. i like to have the real thing if something goes wrong and i have to reload it

It's good. But it's still not better than windows 7. Quicker light weight and runs better than most other windows versions like 8 and Vista.

Love the convenience of using the USB to load new systems. Very fast. All you need is a new key and you can keep using it.

Well, it's better that Windows 8 & 8.1,, but I would still choose Windows 7 Pro first. Although, I will say that Windows 10 is growing on me.

I purchased this copy of Windows 10 Pro after a hard drive crash and Microsoft refusing to validate my previously purchased license as "already used", though I had purchased it through their own website and they could certainly see that it wasn't currently in use. Worse, this was the second time this happened. If there was a competitor I would go to them. But, the sad fact is that Windows 10 is so much better than their previous OSs that I had no choice but to pay the full price - again. If this was any other company, there'd be a way to speak to a manager or protest the ridiculousness of making someone pay 3 times for the same legally licensed piece of software. I purchased this copy from Best Buy in hopes that if something as obnoxious happens again they will at least attempt to assist. So, 3 stars - because the OS is great - 2 deducted for the bad taste in my mouth that has lost Microsoft a previously very enthusiastic customer if there is ever a decent alternative that will run the software I need it to.

OS is the best Microsoft has come out with yet. Good thing I knew exactly what I wanted because there was zero sales help.

The hard drives work fine so far. The Windows 10 Pro operating system I bought works well. It is very user friendly.

With latest upgrade, this works even better. Have been using Windows 10 pro since pre-release, it only gets better with age.

I believe this is Microsoft's best operating system to date. It installed smoothly across company wide W10 Pro network.

I've been using Windows 10 since it started, and I've been a fan ever since. This was a super-easy installation!

I bought the full version to upgrade windows 10 due to need for encryption. Windows 10 much better than 8 by far

It was a great purchase. Microsoft has updated the operating system frequently thus far. Looks like a winner to me !
