    I prefer gift cards over keeping credit/debit cards on file with Microsoft/PlayStation/Nintendo. It also helps track your spending and limit it as well.

    What else do I need to say about a gift card? I bought it, entered the code, and got my $15. You can use it for anything on the Xbox or Microsoft digital store.

    Just like the smaller denominations, this is the easiest way imo to take advantage of Deals with Gold, purchase DLC, or other Live offers and specials. It's especially nice if you're not a fan of having a credit card tied to your account. It also makes for a great gift for any gamer if you're not sure what to get them.
