Don’t waste your money

After reading most reviews, it seemed like a pretty good product. I got it plugged into my tv and it wouldn’t update. We tried multiple times and couldn’t get past that step. After looking on the internet, we figured out that it had a bug. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this product. It’s better to spend more money and buy it new rather then preowned.

Not the best console

Love my Xbox one

I always trust pre-owned products from Best Buy and never have had a problem with any of them. There may be a couple scratches but you can’t notice while it’s on the shelf. It works great and my kids love watch their dvds on it. Also great while watching Netflix or amazon prime movies. Worth the price and happy I purchased it!

will not work
