We got it home only to discover he needed to subscribe to Xbox's gaming network to play with friends. This is not what he was looking for. While I'm sure this product has it's pros, this was not the console for us. We ended up returning it.

The controllers will need to be replaced too. The console works well. The software user interface is similar and functional. I am hoping this console will be more reliable than the XBox360.
