My youngest Child wanted to upgrade from an XBOX 360 to XBOX One for a few years now, we finally got one for our child and it will not even stay connected to WIFI, it keeps cutting out during online games. Best Buy sent us a replacement one and the replacement one is doing the same thing. I have read online that this is a common problem with XBOX One's. And no it is NOT our internet because our teenager got an XBOX One last year and that one has no problems. Not sure what the change is that makes it cut off. And now we are stuck with an XBOX that doesn't work correctly , since the game that came with the original one has been opened you can NOT return it. really a rip off. My Child got a Switch last Christmas so that's what she has to play on if she wants to play Fortnite or any other game online. I tried to get in touch with XBOX customer service, and couldn't. Really Want my money back!!!!
