It takes a minute to get used to. I have ran into a few Microsoft issues with being able to play online but that’s about it. I’ve only had it three months though.. my 360 lasted me 8 years without issues and I hope the same for this system

Purchased as a gift and thought it wouldn't be used that much. Boy was I wrong! The issues are that if the console is played with high graphic games, it starts to overheat to the point that the graphics were failing and the game started freezing. The game just won't run at times. It also got hot to the touch. After placing a laptop cooler under the console, it seemed to run a bit better but very concerned about the heat issues. Getting very frustrating to play. If you plan on playing intense games with high graphics, I don't Recommend purchasing the S version of Xbox.

I purchased this bundle for my girlfriend’s Christmas gift, everything works out of the package, the issue I have is that the box came attached with a “promotional “ Xbox Live Gold card, I bought it thinking it came with it since all of the bundles I purchased in the past included everything attached to the box, upon calling customer service they told me I had to pay extra for it if I wanted it which is something I was never told at the store, this is my first real complaint with Best Buy in years of being a customer, it feels the packaging is deceiving to customers!

The product is good. My kids like it, but I keep having to unplug it and plug it back in because it keeps going to a black screen. Best Buy sends me to Microsoft. Microsoft to Best Buy. Annoying.

Takes incredibly long time to download and update games. Only comes with one controller. Only will play certain xbox 360 games. xbox 360 remotes do not work with one s.

Xbox plays awesome! only problem was the bundle units code for fortnite was used already! I called Epic, Xbox, and Bestbuy. No one could help me! They kept passing it off to the other.

Purchased the Fortnite system as a Christmas present. Unfortunately within two months the controller mic function stopped working. I contacted Microsoft. Was told I'd receive an email regarding options to fix. That did not happen. Overall my son was extremely happy with the Xbox One system itself but very disappointed with the controller. This particular system remote seems not to have been made as well as previous controllers. Very disappointed. It was a waste of money. We are stuck with a broken remote.

My son plays fortnite and he got the consol for his birthday. Now he wants a PS4 instead because he thinks he will be better at the game than on the Xbox.

We got this for our son and set it up as an under age player...huge mistake! What a pain in the butt! Passwords for him passwords for adults, passcodes, emails, etc. Then all the stuff that was promised to come with the bundle like the Fortnite skins and V bucks and the 100's of free pre-downloaded games are all yet to be found. There are a few free games and some previews but the rest are purchases. The whole thing was/is frustrating and super irritating.

Great game but having to have internet just to play a game that you bought is not right and having to set up a live account not right either

My godson will love it as long as the code is in the box for fortnite bundle will update

Have not used yet it's a Christmas gift. I sure the grandkids with enjoy it thou. They've been asking for one for a long time.

Microsoft Xbox One S 1TB Fortnite Bundle with $K Ultra Blu-ray was okay

After paying so much for this console I had to return it twice because it wasnt working. I found out that several people were returning the same product and if it didnt work for the 3rd time i should consider a different console. It was my sons xmas present and it was very disappointing. I didnt even get any credit for my purchase and for the headaches it caused. I'm extremely disappointed.

My 9 year old loves this! Takes forever to download games! What happen to the discs you could just pop in and play?
