I followed every direction and when it came to installing the game, it loaded and froze. It would not continue installing it would stop in a few seconds every time I resumed the installation. I tried this a second time and definitely wasted a lot of my time. My son didn’t get to play his birthday present so I returned and rethinking of something better to get him. It would have been much better to have the actual game in the box. As far I am concern, not user friendly at all. Such a frustrating console

This was very upsetting, considering Battle Royale is already "free." The only thing I received was $20 in v-bucks and a skin. I would've gotten a better bundle with NBA 2K19 if I had known. I contacted Microsoft and they would not help me. However, thankfully the Store Manager at Best Buy gave me a $20 credit to purchase Save the World as a result.

Why buy a Fornite edition to get a gane that was already free. You do not get the save the world portiin of the game. #Misleading #falseADVERTISING. dont get me wrong I dont see this as Best Buys Fault. All on Microsoft.

The good news is that developer Epic has recently confirmed that it will be offering Fortnite Save the World to anyone who purchased this bundle. They will begin identifying players who have claimed the Eon Bundle and will be granting their accounts access to Save the World. Furthermore, If you already purchased Save the World and claimed the Eon Bundle, they will be granting you an additional 2,000 V-Bucks.
