This is a huge upgrade over the original xbox one. Its graphically much better, its half the size. It says 40% but lets not forget the massive power block thats also gone. It runs absolutely silent. Can't say enough good things. I'm a ps4 guy, still am, but this is extremely impressive. (original ps4 in the picture)

I had no idea they could fit the Xbox into such a small box. Lighter and smaller then PS4! This is the Xbox Microsoft should have came out with in the beginning. The 4K player is also a big plus for the price being soooo cheap.

Love the new xbox one S. Amazing console and have barely got into its potential

I recently purchased the new Xbox One S for my brother for an early birthday gift and boy does he love it. He loves having the extra hard drive space and how small the console is and somewhat feels faster the original Xbox One.We feel like this should of been the console at launch at 2013 it has everything we've asked for aside from the scorpio coming out next year. We haven't gotten a 4k tv yet to try out the 4k blueray and the HDR but we can't wait to get our hands on one and put this console to its full potential.

Bought this system to use solely as a 4K blu ray player. The only downside is that it doesn’t come ready to play dvd/Blu-ray/4K, you need to download an app that glitches a little (usually when changing between menus). But picture quality is great.

I used to had the previous fat model but I choose to donate my little precious console to my nice for her birthday (trying to be a nice uncle and keep by gaming passion under control), for awhile it was fine not having any console , but then, one day I look around and surprise! a new slim sexy model is now on the market. It probably took me around 4 round trips to best buy to finally make my mind and spend the money, but it was totally worth it; the new model is for most aspect the same as the previous one, no real difference on what it does, but the sell point to me is the noise.... or the lack of it to be more precise, it is super quit and smaller factor + no power brick + bigger hdd is welcome. In a short statement, it does the same thing but now you get a more polished product than before. if you have the money and you look for a new xbox one console, take this one, it is better than the previous one, unless you get a bargain on the old model that it is still absolutely good. Summary of extra things: 1) smaller (sometimes smaller is better I guess) 2) no power brick (Alleluia, MS how many innocent people suffered back pain caring this brick around... just tell me how many.... TELLL ME!) 3) bigger hard drive 4) is it faster? ... not sure, looks the same to me, maybe on specs only. 5) what about the HDR?.. well I do not have a $2K+ TV, then, I am not even sure what they are talking about. but I guess one day the technology will be cheaper and I could see the difference on the screen. 6) ohh yes, I forgot the controller is blue tooth now and has a gripping texture... also seems lighter and cheaper, but it is definitely comfortable and durable (even when falling on water..... but that was not a scientific test anyway). PS: I bought the NFL bundle because it was cheaper than the 2 TB one, but I do not like NFL, so be aware that google is going to know from this point on that you purchased an NFL item and will spam you with NFL marketing campaigns, specially if this is the start of the season... just be aware... in my case I counter with multiple visit to my favorite art materials website (oh dam water color sets.... you are my weakness) and finally they stopped.

I mainly purchased this because I wanted something to streak Netflix in 4K. It does that very well. The picture on my OLED TV is incredible. My teenagers do use it sometimes to game even though they're mainly PS4 boys.

This gaming console is absolutely terrific. The graphics are stunning. It is very easy to set up and get going. The system operates very smoothly and never freezes. There are so many great features that a year from now you will still be finding cool options to explore. Well worth the money especially with the free Madden download.

Sleeker, slimmer, smaller and supports 4K resolution!! 1TB of space...WOW!!!!!! Must buy if you have a 4K TV and streaming device that supports 4K.

So my huge purchase last year right before football season was the Samsung 65" Curved 4K TV (JU7500 model). Little did I know how much 4K content was truly out there...anyways Microsoft came along and released this beauty. It comes equipped with the 4K Blu Ray player which you can't find a quality 4K BluRay player for under $250 so paying a little more for this was a no brainer especially when I am a gamer. I waited for the Madden bundle because I am a HUGE Madden fan. I love that I don't have to worry about the power brick which bothers the heck out of me cuz I am so anti-cords it's sickening. Anyways if you have a 4K TV this is worth the upgrade. If you don't...then I would just wait until the new Xbox comes out in Holiday 2017. Oh yeah by the way...there are no 4K games until Gears of War 4 comes out.

This is the perfect system. I would recommend this to anyone that wants a mixture of storage space, 4k and reliability. The system is quiet, and a lot smaller than the original xbox one with a beautiful white finish.

Got it because needed to upgrade my memory but instead upgraded the console. It is worth every penny. The graphics are great and the amount of space that come with it is a bonus.

I am from an age when computers and other technology devices came with manuals to help with set up and start up. One had to set aside time to read through the arcane text and try to translate to the arrangement for your own home. Fortunately, the Xbox only requires a simple tri-fold with images portraying the set up steps. It is simple and all of the necessary materials are in the box. Once set up is initiated, be prepared for about a 60 to 90 minute process of downloading updates from the Internet. Downloading games can require another 45 to 60 minutes depending on network speeds. Is all of it worth it? Yes. The images and actions of the games are unbelievable. Admittedly, for those of us unaccustomed to the controllers that have two joysticks and 10 buttons, the learning curve is steep and fraught with frustration. So, be prepared for fun and frustration in an alluring time sink.

This system has great graphics and is very fast to load . The ability to watch blue ray and store gaming progress is wonderful . Best Buy is the only place that keeps their stock and price matched also! Thank you bb

Smaller, faster and I can stand it up. Picture is 4K ultra hd. Also system seems to keep cooler the the original.

Love my new xbox one. The picture is better and it is faster than the old one, not to mention the small size.

I like the system but there is one thing that I wish came with it, the headphones to talk to other users on xbox one. The console is very small, fits nicely as if it were my TiVo. The controller is very nice too. Madden is fun but I will need to get more games. Notice that 1TB is not actually 1TB due to the size of the software on the system that is preinstalled. Madden took roughly 30GB too so I believe 1TB was a good purchase rather than 500GB

I didn't need it is just wanted it. I like it so much better than the original xbox one. I got tired of my PS4 buddies calling my xbox q VCR or Betamax. I haven't noticed any speed differences between them but I just wanted to upgrade for the trade value when the Scorpio comes out next year. Only thing missing is the kinect adapter in the box instead of going through Microsoft or buying one. I love my kinect it's so much better than the 360 version, I haven't used my TV remote since 2013 thanks to the kinect. If you have the money to spend or just want it for the looks then this xbox is great if not just save your money for next fall.
