I also bought it at a time when an additional controller could be bundled for free. We love the Xbox one x so far and would definitely recommend it based on the video quality, ease of setup and game purchases, etc. In this digital age, it takes some time for game context to download before you can play, which is a pain. But it’s also awesome that entire game is ready to go once loaded. Haven’t had any issues with freezing or anything like that.

My last console was a PS3 and Xbox 360. Wow! I absolutely have a blast playing co-op with my wife on the Xbox One X and the graphics look sweet in 4k HDR! We have a blast with Forza Horizon 4, Gears of War 4 and Halo. I also love playing Red Dead Redemption 2. Game pass is an incredible value! We also watch cable TV. A lot has changed from the Xbox 360 for the better! Do not hesitate. The Xbox One X is an absolute BEAST of a console. I still have love for my PC, but co-op is so much fun on the Xbox One X!

True 4K gaming

As a previous owner of an XBOX360 and current PC gamer I bought this to have a system that will truly display games at 4K. My MSI laptop and Desktop both have GTX 1060 3 & 6 GB GPUS, but they are only powerful enough for 2560x1080 max. I'm very happy since I already used XBOX one controllers for my PCs and the experience is breathtaking. Games look fantastic and the system allows you to choose your resolution and refresh rates among other things. Great console.... Microsoft did it right with the One X!

He grew up in an xbox family. I was able to get this last year when it had 1st came out a bundle at Holiday pricing, Which still has me smiling. He said its the best gaming system out there! The best graphics! Yes- you want to have a 4k tv if your running a 4k game on a 4k gaming to experience the blow out of supreme graphics, load time is faster.
