I loved the first "Middle Earth" game was just amazing. This new one is just spectacular, especially if you have 4K......visually stunning! The game play is very challenging even on normal mode but, that is what makes it so great. I pitty the fool that dies, the orgs remember you when you go back to their stopping grounds and they adjust their next battle against you. If you want a challenging game I highly recommend to everybody.

This game improves on the Nemesis system and graphics. Overall a better game than the first.

The game is even better than the first. could do with out the micro transactions but that won’t stop me from playing it. I have played a lot it is fun. beside the gold edition box I got buying gold edition before knowing what gold edition entailed. I have not once bought the micro transactions even with in game currency. The way the new system is set up much better improvement. Very fun like the first.

The RPG elements have been enhanced & expanded in this sequel & if you're into that you'll really become even more immersed in this return to Middle-earth. The much-complained about microtransactions are not a problem in the campaign & you can safely ignore any concerns you may have had. If you loved the first one, you can't really go wrong picking up this one.

If you're not a fan of fan-fiction lore adding to cannon, then loosen up. This game goes on a one-ring tangent not seen since Harry Potter's chamberpot. Accept the lore and immerse yourself in stunning graphics and a combat system that'll drain your controller batteries (since you won't be putting your controller down). Enjoy and watch out for the caragors.

The first Middle Earth game took the combat from Batman, the exploration of Assassin's Creed, and the universe from the Lord of the Rings series of books/movies and combined them into something awesome. This sequel takes everything good about that first game and improves on it in every way. Get this game. It is mandatory for any gamer in the year 2017.

I have been playing the game for a little over a week. It has some great new additions to the game, but is very true to the original. I like the enhancements that have been included and look forward to completing the game. I think it is a little more challenging than the original which is a good thing.

I have been waiting for this to come out for a while. It is even better then I thought it would be. I give it a 4.7 out of 5 and I would give it a 5 but I don't think any game should get a 5 do to little issues with any game. But I say it is a must buy and even more if you are a Lord of the Rings fan

This game is overall fun to play. Excellent graphics I can’t wait to see on my 4K Samsung 9000 series with the Xbox One X Scorpio. Plays like assasins creed. Button masher. Felt like playing that “Rise” game from when Xbox first came out. I never played the first game and this is a blast.

Great take off of the original game. Really enjoy the graphics, story line and the new items that were added.

If you loved Shadow of Mordor, you’ll love Shadow of War. They took everything that was great about the previous installment and made it even better. Huge open world, tons of quests, lots to do and just like the previous game, the amazing combat system is back and better than ever.
