The reception on this thing is terrible! It's supposed to go 40 miles but struggles at less than 30. It does work if it's not beeping ( like a dead smoke detector battery) for loss of signal.

She did such a great job setting up the first radio I purchased a few weeks ago that I purchased her one! Thank you for putting out a product that will alert us to bad weather while we are sleeping during the night. The product is worth every penny!

It was ordered online and picked up at the store. The order actually arrived B/4 the date given at the time the order was placed. All the personnel that I dealt with were very nice.

The old one was "great" and I expect the new one to be just as good. Best Buy had a great price and the delivery was actually earlier than promised.
