My wife and I used these to travel from Dallas, TX to Sacremento, Ca. We went through literally every type of landscape. Mountains to Deserts. We were always able to keep in touch. Some chatter came through from truckers but whatever… My only complaint is the battery life isn’t that good as we would have to recharge them daily even after minimum use. I would definitely upgrade for a survival scenario but they worked for what we needed. I’ll probably give them to the kids to play with.

Batteries last a long time on one charge. But the range is just nowhere close to what I expected. Couldnt hear my wife when she was at post office 3 miles away when I was inside my home office. Still they work well in the house and around the neighborhood.

great radios for small business, easy to use and good value

I bought two sets and they all were compatible. Only problem we had was that occasionally we picked up another business on our radios. We could hear them but they couldn't hear us apparently. Sound quality is very good and the ear pieces are comfortable and easy to use. Held the charge for the 8-hour shift we needed.

Works pretty good for mutli level buildings. Battery life could be better.

These radios make it easy to communicate while directing traffic, organizing an event or just playing with the kids.

This worked fine with my business with long-range and minimum noise interference. I keep buying them since I used them for the first time.

Like functionality, e.g., VOX, channels, privacy codes and lightweight. Sorry to say, rechargeable batteries supplied with the product struggle to last through 12 hours, even with very minimal transmit time.

Great set of radios. Worked great. The only downside is figuring out how to wire the cable to yourself.
