Mighty No. 9 is an extremely niche product. The efforts of the developers do not reflect the millionaire crowdfunding campaign that gave birth to the game, but the final result is still more than decent and can be really fun for those who love this videogame genre.

I kickstarter the game and still waiting for my copy. Got it at best buy and played it for couple of hours, the graphic completely changed since they first show it years ago, it downgraded and no longer look HD. Gameplay is not bad but still, their promise is broken :/

mighty 9 falls short of what made the mega man titles prosper. the story is very very childish and seems designed for 5 year olds. theres no real memorable bosses or stages. it plays well but nothing stands out.

From the producers of mega man comes a game with same gameplay some new mechanics and a hard game.Its a challenging game pretty simple better than the review gave credit for.Remind me of mega man one a lot.

So we all know this game was Kickstarted by the dude that made Mega Man, essentially this is Mega Man but a different take on it Capcom wouldn't have gone for. It's not that bad though, as someone who grew up playing Mega Man I enjoyed it enough.

Exactly what I was expecting.. The bad reviews this game is getting are totally unfunded and unfair. Don't listen to all the negativity surrounding the game, you'll be surprised at how good the game is

This isn't as bad as reviews would have said. It's just an okay game. There was a lot of hype, but it's not a let down by all means. It's just not the game that was promised. However, it was a good bargain at 15 bucks.

not sure why some other reviews are putting this game down. i love it, total classic gaming with updated graphics. although i will have to say that the heros suit is kinda dorky haha. if you liked Mega Man games from the NES and SNES platforms then you should like this. its a bit of a knock off BUT if you take the time to look up the backstory of this game you'll understand why its made the way it was. anyway, to make the game playable i have to set the music to 8bit, i cant stand the original soundtrack.

The game isnt as bad as everyone says. I actually found it be pretty ok. Granted not an INCREDIBLE game but it's not a total nightmare either. If you can fine it for a low price, go ahead and try it out.

This is a fun budget platformer - if you can get it cheap. Music and graphics are great. The dash moves get a little old but a refreshing change from mega man. The cut scenes are a little kiddy and tacky.

So Keiji Inafune made this game, the creator of Mega Man. It looks like mega man but it definitely doesn't play like one. No charging of mega buster and no super armor. Soundtrack is blah, gameplay is blah.

I love this game, it's an amazing megaman type of a game. The difficulty is great and at 9.99(on sale) its a must buy!

This provided a relaxing game to play, not difficult, while it leaves lots to be desired, in the end it was not a waste of time. I enjoyed.

This game is a great side scrolling shooter and brings back memories of the glory days of Mega Man.

I've been told this game is the spiritual successor to the mega man franchise they weren't kidding. Fun game a lot like mega man.

Definitely a good game. A new mechanic that was implemented very well. You can also feel the Mega Man touch in this one as well.

I put about 10 hours into this game and had a good amount of fun. Its not as good as any Mega Man game however but still solid.

So the story is completely uninteresting and is just boring all together. Gameplay isn't the best but it does have a good pacing expect for the last level.

It's a side scrolling game. Enjoyable for a couple of hours but then it got repetitive. The game may look kiddish but the bosses are pretty hard to beat.

Gameplay is pretty fun, but gets stale pretty quickly. The visuals are not very impressive at all, but definitely feels like an original megaman reboot.
