as hilarious as it is heartwarming. The game doesn’t take itself too seriously, and that’s what makes it special—it’s all about the joy of storytelling, goofy interactions, and unexpected friendships. Whether you played the original or are diving in for the first time, Miitopia feels like a cozy, familiar storybook that’s always fun to flip through again.

A delightfully fun game. If you’re still unsure, play the demo! It’s decently long and gives you a good idea of what the game is like, and then the full game is around 5-6x longer than the demo. I wish it was easier to get Miis online, almost all of the ones I want are gone, but the popular community Miis are pretty good. I wish I was able to control my whole party, but they all choose more or less the best options in combat. You can use amiibos in this game for extra tickets and rewards, but you can only use them once (not once a day). The Mii creator is really robust, and I’m enjoying the cute little plot.

Miitopia is a uniquely bizarre title that takes the standard RPG formula and makes it work for a new generation. It retains the standard HP, MP gameplay but much of your adventure focuses on team relationships with zany wacky scripting. In this single-player adventure, you and your Mii companions take on the Dark Lord to free the kingdom from his face stealing tyranny.
Originally released on the 3DS in 2017 the game gets a new HD coat of paint as well as some new features. The new features include a horse that can be added to your party as well as new skills, jobs, and character customizations (especially in hair).
This game is a great adventure even if you have played it before. It's a good pickup for adults down to kids of eight years old, though my teens love it the most. Here's hoping that Nintendo also re-releases Tomodachi Life on the Switch at some point as well. It deserves a second chance as well.

Very silly game!! Has probably one of the best character customizations out of all the games I’ve played so far. It’s a simple and funny game to play when you just want to play something to just relax with and not pay crucial attention to. 10/10!!

I didn't expect to enjoy this as much as I did. This is perfect for more casual oriented players who may not be as experienced or confident with more serious and control heavy games, and it brought a smile to my face the entire time I was playing it. You can create every character and enemy in the game as a mii, which leads to outragous and funny situations with any people or characters you can imagine. Miitopia is sure to occupy and entertain both creative individuals and children alike, plus there's a demo to check out before you buy it!

Very fun lil game, pretty much as good as however much time and creativity you put in. It's refreshingly silly and simple while still having plently of engaging aspects and mechanics.

My kid only plays Minecraft but now he plays Minecraft and this. He has played it each day for an hour and is really into the story and says it's super funny.

Bought it for my 8 year old daughter and she likes customizing the characters. I'm not into video games but from what i've seen it's good for the younger kids.

Fantastic, fun RPG that's great for kids, and the new Mii creation tool that the game includes is worth the price of admission, alone (and it's incredible what people have done with it, if you look around online). Just a lighthearted, cozy RPG experience that becomes even better when kids can put themselves and their favorite characters into the game -- Nintendo at their best.
