This is a great rope! It is weighted enough to provide an easy jumping experience but light enough that it seems to rotate seamlessly. Also, I love that you can adjust it to your height (but make sure you have a tool that can cut through metal as I tried to use scissors and it frayed the rope a bit and left sharp shards in my carpet).
