I like having the cushioned bottom, very comfortable. When I used it on my desk, it sits flat without wobbling when typing on my laptop or using a keyboard for my desktop. It is very light (a plus) with a handle to carry it around where you need to sit and use.

The packing slip had Mindreader, Inc. contact information. I called them to complain. They transferred me five times. Apparently, there isn’t any customer service, or return calls, texts, or emails. Purchase this item at your own risk. I would give Mindreader, Inc a minus zero if it was a selection. Don’t let me persuade you. Call them yourself and let us know how that goes for you.
