Ordered two Mind Reader rolling work stations, the two tier one with a tilting mousepad platform and a "host shelf," and this much simpler smaller table with a tilting mouse shelf.
The two tier arrived earlier than estimated on 12/7 instead of 12/9, but this one came on 12/9. Not a long wait given the shipping issues currently going on everywhere.
The tables came safely with all parts and tools.
I put the two tier station together myself but someone else assembled this one. The parts are much the same and both tables came with tools (phillips head screwdriver, small wrench, and in the case of this table a hex key).
I have hand disabilities and it was a little challenging putting the two tier worktop together because of that, but anyone with normal dexterity should be able to assemble these Mind Reader tables without too much trouble. Just be careful that the table tops are fastened on the right way, because it's easy to reverse them putting them together upside down. I accidentally reversed the tops on the two tier table and had the mouse tilt board on my left instead of the right, which would be fine for a left handed person. I use the tilt pad for holding pages for transcribing, so it is fine to the left.
On this much simpler table, once assembled, it's possible to reverse the panels by taking them out of the legs and turning them, and putting them back in the opposite way. That's in case you want the mouse tilt pad on the left or the right.
The pre-drilled holes in the base of the stand allow 2 different placement positions for the upright "legs." To the left or to the right.
The build of the table is fine for light weight like a notebook. I don't think I'd use it for anything very heavy or large.
The lockable plastic casters roll or slide okay on the linoleum where I have the work stations, but they might not do as well on carpet.
Overall, for the price of this work station (I paid about $45 with free shipping), it's a great little desk. It's small, just big enough for my Chromebook and a mousepad. It could also be used as a rolling printer station.
I had concerns about quality, but they seem fine and I'm glad I ordered them. The fact that they roll makes them much more versatile than a fixed desk. I may buy another.
I would recommend this to a friend

This desk is so wobbly that it's really no good as a laptop desk or a desk period. I am in search of another desk that's how bad this one is.
