Kids love stuff animals ,so here we go....again...

The kids liked it so I guess that’s all that matters

Got different item delivered than the turtle as the item varies. I saw the turtle in store is way smaller than I thought and wanted, so I didn't buy it.

We got a Minecraft creeper plush so this picture is of the wrong plush. Our son loves his gift! We, the parents, just thought it was expensive for being a stuffed toy.

I didn't realize that the item was subject to the caveat that "styles may vary." I ordered online for instore pickup. I had to wait around for almost 30 minutes while a staff member tracked down an open box version. And it was not a turtle. It was an ocelot. With no tags. And I was giving it as a gift. Very disappointing!

Stupidest listing on BestBuy ever - this popped up as an add in my email on my phone, so I clicked, which opened my bestbuy app, then I ordered. Total time spent ~10 seconds. In each step, a turtle was pictured. What arrived at my house was a "Creeper" . Upon further inspection, the listing says "styles may vary" and there is NO option to choose which of 4 plushies you want. I called the ElitePlus customer service line, who also confirmed they couldn't choose one either. By the time they agreed they just "try again' and hope for the best, all were completely out of stock. Was a gift for my son's birthday, so was pretty displeased. BestBuy is always cordial on their customer service, but have literally no ability to "make things right" no matter how much feedback I provide or escalations i make. Super frustrating.

My son used his own money thinking he was getting the turtle and waited patiently for it. It was not the turtle. We tried to go in store last weekend and were told it was by appointment only. I hope this crap hole goes out of business.

Item quality was great. But didn’t receive turtle got the cat. That’s Best Buy’s fault

I'm a little disappointed as I though I was ordering the Turtle but a pig came in the mail. There should be an option to choose which animal you want. My son really wanted the Turtle and is going to be disappointed. The pig is cool but just not what we wanted. I wish there was a way to order what I actually wanted.

I wanted to get the turtle as purchased. I got a creeper instead. Please read the description, it was what ever Best Buy had, not what they show on the website. RETURNED

Do not buy online!!! The actual toy will not match what you select. I selected the turtle for my online purchase and opted to pick it up in store. Everything looked correct with my purchase - image of item, size, etc. but once in store they gave me a pig toy instead - saying the items vary. No turtle in stock. And that’s 45 minutes of my life I won’t get back.

I thought I was purchasing a turtle. All of the reviews that mentioned the item referred to the turtle. Best Buy says this is a random group. We did not get a turtle, we got a repeat of another gift. Very disappointed. VERY disappointed.

Why would you sell an item as “item may vary”. How incredibly dumb. So, of course thinking we ordered a “turtle” we received a pig. A $20 random stuffed animal? SELL THEM SEPERATELY!!!!!!
