This is such a well made product. And for my 10 year old, I think the safety features make it a no brainer over the hovercrafts.

I had a lot of fun on the Ninebot. It is easy to use. The only problem I had is that at max speed the ninebot would hit its speed limited and automatically lean backwards which was annoying.

Overall, the ride is extremely smooth and the controls are very responsive. Quality product.

Out of the box our grandson hugged us and thanked us for the Birthday present he had hoped he would get. For the rest of the week while we camped he rode his Segway and totally enjoyed his week with this bike. It enhanced his balance skills and motor skills I would recommend this Unit to anyone who would like to bring a smile to someones face. it is a solid reliable piece no cheap or manufacture defects.

The mini pro is a great product . The reason for a 4 and not a 5 star rating is as follows. I purchased 2 of these Segway mini pros as gifts for my wife and my daughter and did store pickup. However upon opening the packages on Christmas day I realised that one of them was a repackaged bestbuy store display unit (stated on the unit itself) and was repackaged without the accessories package, no charger etc. I was extremely disappointed and was only relieved because the other unit was brand new and had the charger which allowed me to charge them both. I would like to get the charger and accessories package for the other one. Can someone at Best Buy assist please?

Rides smoothly, easy to ride and an awesome purchase!

This product is sturdy and works great out of the box. It is works as described, the app is a cool feature to have, starts you off with a training mode. The knee pad takes a while to get used to. They sell an handlebar attachment that can be connected to make a full segway. Recommend this, really fun but don't forget you safety gear

My kids love the Segway. They are playing with it all the time. It's very safe unless your son would like to jump off of it if he cannot stop. Buy the handlebar extension which makes it more fun. I've played with it and it's awesome. It is expensive but it's worth it. You kids will be the coolest in the neighborhood.

Santa surprised my wife and I with our own Segways this Christmas. The basic tutorial on the iPhone app made my wife feel more comfortable than the time she tried to ride my son's Segway last year. The stabilization is amazing and very easy to ride. Highly recommended!

These are the best Segway ever. Bought a black one for myself a few days later bought a white one for my girl. We love them. Better for days we don't feel like walking or riding a bike.
