Mionix NAOS 8200 is the latest iteration of the Mionix NAOS series. The mouse is definitely one of the most comfortable I have ever held especially with a the pinky rest. The mouse is somewhat on the larger side so it's definitely for those with small hands. The high DPI setting might not be required for most people. But it's definitely great to have. Some have complained of sensor issues but I can't judge on that as unfortunately I do not play any FPS where that would come into play. I also owned the Mionix NAOS 5000 before it. Two in fact and both died from a double click issue where single left clicks were being registered as double clicks. The middle scroll also ended up creaking about 9-10 months into use. I was using the mouse for anything from gaming (mostly mmorpg), browsing, and basic office work. Hopefully Mionix has resolved these problems with the 8200. But I will reserve judgement on this mouse as far as quality is concerned. So far I've been using it for about two months on a new aluminum mousepad and it's been nothing but stellar.
