First off, don't buy this to replace your home HDTV setup. Quality with a 720p input could look something like a DVD but reminds me of a really nice VCR picture. This is a simple but useful projector. I've used this to project sling TV, chromecast, etc. off my phone. The sound of course is not that good but it's okay. It has an output for hooking up external speakers or headphones via a headphone jack. The projection is fairly clean 50 inch or so picture even with some background light. I'll use it primarily for camping, backyard, hotel, or taking a TV on the go for my kids to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime, etc. It does come with the cables to go from an MHL port to the HDMI input on the projector. It also comes with a simple micro HDMI cable but no charging adapter. There is also a female HDMI connector to male microHDMI. Takes about 4 hours to charge it up initially. Instructions that came with that are pretty limited. It has a fairly huge adjustment knob to raise and lower the projector. But when you remove the knob it looks like it has a screw in the that is big enough for a tripod. That would seem to be more useful since this guy is gairly lightweight. . Powers on and off quickly. Says it will last roughly 90 minutes on battery power. Haven't tested that but I will keep a battery backup to leave hooked up to it when I'm using it away from home. Stays very cool during operation which is nice. Has a decent manual focus knob but no Keystone ajustment. Please also make sure your phone or tablet are MHL compatible. My samsung galaxy note 4 is but my Nexus 6 is not. Otherwise you have to chromecast or use a fire stick, etc. to interact with this wirelessly.

I've been on the hunt for a projector for quite some time now, but if there's one thing I've dreaded, it's the price. I don't need a home theater-quality projector, much less a professional school-quality one. I can't find a projector less than $300 without it being of poor counterfeit quality. I came across this one during Black Friday when it was marked down to $100, so I figured I'd give it a shot. No regrets at all! This projector is super compact, budget-friendly, and its picture and sound quality exceeded my expectations. It's about the width of an iPhone and a little smaller in length, so there will be compromises here and there--I tested a show on Hulu on it and I worried that the speaker would blow out if the volume was kept on max. (I turned it down quite a bit and it was much better.) Still, for what I'm using it for (projecting photographs), it's a dream come true. My sister's wedding is coming up and she wants to do a slideshow of photos soon, too--this, I think, would be perfect for that. The picture's bright, sharp, and clear. The volume, although concentrated into one speaker, is very clear, too. The small manual focus on top of the projector is handy, and the fact that it has a rechargeable battery is a bonus. The one thing I'm still trying to figure out are the cords--the instruction manual didn't really elaborate much on them, but I'll figure it out in no time. If you wanted to test the waters on projectors or wanted to have a small movie marathon, this projector is perfect. Would definitely buy again.

My expectations were low, after all it's a tiny $100 "projector". But wow, I am always blown away whenever we watch YouTube movies on this device. It's simply my best electronic purchase of 2015. Very powerful sound, clear pictures even at 10 feet (depends of course on the quality of the movie) and battery powered. I found that the brightness is sustained when the power is plugged in. If you're looking for 4k level quality for a bespoke movie room, then this is not the one for you, but if you want something that works as advertised, for a small room, totally mobile and relatively good picture then this is it. So far I've been using it on a cream wall and I can just imagine how better it will be on a proper screen. I have been recommending it to friends.

Although I didn't expect much from this, I was pleasantly surprised buy the output from this mini projector. I initially tested this out on the ceiling in my office and the picture was bright and fairly crisp. The only other time I've used it thus far though was to project a movie from my laptop onto the inside of a tent wall with my daughter while camping out. The picture was sharp and the sound was halfway decent, though I wouldn't say the audio was booming, but it was loud enough to hear everything without straining. I did have some issues with audio disconnecting, however that could have been an issue with my computer -- I'm not sure exactly. Eventually I bought the Apple AV/HDMI cable and plugged it in to my phone for a brief test -- it appeared to work flawlessly and I'm excited to try that out for an extended period, but for now I can only say that it appears to work well. For $99, this was a decent purchase, but it does still feel a little bit like a novelty.

I purchased this gift for my 12 year old daughter for Christmas (who doesn't have a TV in her room#. We have an extra DVD player so I figured she could use this to watch movies on her wall. I opened the package, charged it and got my 16 year old son to hook it up to his Xbox in his room to test it. Now he wants one!!! The picture is not as clear as an HDTV but I didn't expect it to #its a $99 projector). My son played Star Wars Battlefront and the picture was great for the $99 cost. I would say I am also buying him one but I am sure he will go on this site tonight and read the reviews. Sorry son, but you never know if Santa is watching. Extremely easy use/start-up. Not sure how long it will last since BestBuy doesn't offer a extended warranty with it but for now it is a great buy.

I have owned 4 micro projectors. This micro projector is better than the other models I owned and it's also one of the least expensive models. Battery lasts longer, it has micro USB connectivity, controls are easy to use and it's the smallest projector I had. I used this projector with my iPhone 6, Blu Studio X android phone, iPad Air and Sony Alpha A55 Digital SLR camera. I watched a number of music videos on a 50+ inch screen and it's great. The projector requires a dark room, as the number of lumens is small. Wifi connectivity would be great. I would prefer if it came with a case, you need to buy one if you don't want to scratch it.

I've had this little wonder for over a month and I'm loving it. I hooked up my chromecast and watch Netflix, crackle, YouTube etc... I connected a Bluetooth transmitter which sends wireless audio signals to my Bluetooth speaker or headphones and it makes the sound 100 times better. works best in a very dark room, picture quality is still very acceptable @ 70-75"(haven't tried to go bigger). I watch an average of 2hrs/day and I believe I had it on for about 7hrs a couple of times and didn't experience any over heating. I haven't tested the battery life as I always have it plugged in. This cannot replace a big projector but it can be a great addition to your gadget collection if you love gadgets like I do. I project onto a beige sheet and pic is not bad at all but it does look much better on my white ceiling, I use a tripod stand for the projector.

I found this on-line through a flash sale for $99 so I knew going in it likely wouldn't be the highest quality. I've had it for about a month now. On the plus side it is super convenient, battery operated which means only the HDMI cord connected to my ipad or phone is the only cord. It is not much bigger than my iphone 6 so it can easily be carried in a jacket pocket and held in your hand if needed. I had hoped to use it for conducting meetings to quickly share agendas and web content on the wall with no fuss or set up. The built in speaker is satisfactory for that type of use in an office or small to medium meeting room. It generally works ok for video content but in a room with daylight from windows its not great. Text is more difficult. The display is not as bright as hoped for. For it to be useful for most things the room needs to be darkened at least some to be able to see it - but for the price it is about what you would expect and is great if you work within the limitations and don't expect too much. I would probably be disappointed if I paid more than the sale price.

It's such a little small device with so much big results from a little thing. Its has a good HD, the picture is great, and most of all, it's compact! I watch it every night over my bed bringing the things I love to watch from my smartphone apps right here by me for my convenience so I don't need to disturb my wife while she is asleep. The only thing that stop me from giving it a 5 star rating is because you have to set the projector far in order to get a somewhat big picture, and because it also don't allow you to adjust the screen like you could on a real projector. I highly suggest that who is reading this review and is thinking of getting one, also get the Google Chrome cast too, with the chrome cast and 3rd party apps on an android smartphone the possibilities are endless. Not an iPhone, but an android.

Great little projector that's under $200. Easy to through in your bag and if the situation is needed, ready to go quickly. The light is low, so you will have to turn off lights and be in a dark area to see, but for price, it's understandable. The 2nd day I got it, I was visiting a Toastmasters club that had a projector, but didn't have an HDMI input, so we used this one and it was great. It's a great little projector that can sit on an old big projector. It has a TON of connects in the box. Android or other devices. I have an LG G4, and it has apparently a special kind, but it's not expensive to get. I've used it with my Macbook Retina, my LG G4 phone and my iPad. It's GREAT for presentations as long as you are ok to turn off the lights. You can read text from powerpoints/keynotes, which was my biggest concern.

Works great with Surface Pro 2 / Windows 10

I bought the projector this week. Miroir's literature does not mention Windows (I'm on Windows 10) devices, but I hooked mine up to my Surface Pro 2 (using a Belkin - Mini Display Port-to-HDMI Adapter, bought separately) and it worked great! No additional software installs or messy steps to go through - it just started projecting to my wall. It works great with my Android smartphone too - again, just plugged it in and it worked. I was concerned about the lower resolution, but I was able to project Powerpoint presentations from work and they looked great. Very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get it running and how nice the resolution was, and on a machine that's the size of my smartphone!

This little projector has a heck of a punch. I am amazed at the quality of the picture from this device. I have had it up to and beyond 50" with a great picture. Keep in mind when your buying this that it is not powerful enough to use in bright sunlight. If you are in an office for a presentation it will work great. We are also using it when we go camping to watch movies both inside and outside after dark. We picked this up on sale which adds to the fun of this little guy at a great price. So far it has worked on everything we have plugged it into. Great buy.

Got it for $60 when it was on sale and I used my BB program rebate coupon, so the price was great. It is as advertised. Small with decent picture. Not very bright but then if you read the specs you know that before you buy it. Needs a dark room to be effective as almost any normal to bright light will wash it out. Max screen is about 4' by 3' so do not plan to have a big room see it. But if you want a nice projector for your office or den (I used it once on the bulkhead of a plane when I was traveling with a friend...LOL) this is a decent option.

Got the item on a deal and it was a lower cost, but didnt find the Projector something I would like to carry around. Since its only 15 lumens, it is best used only if used in a darker setting, which then loses part of the purpose of it being usable anywhere. Its definitely small and easy to carry around anywhere. The lower resolution isnt a deal breaker, but adds to possible reasons why you'd wish you had spent a little more and gotten a better one. I'd probably recommend the 720p version of this projector, which is higher in cost, but definitely a significant improvement.

Always wanted a portable projector but didn't want to spend a lot of money. This was an impulse purchase that turned out great. The unit is really, really tiny but the quality is very good and I've projected up to a 60 inch image. You will need a dark room. This is not replacing a $1000 projector. The HDMI cable carries audio (in addition to video) and the sound isn't bad. I've used it with an amazon fire stick and raspberry pi. Watching Netflix was a pleasure. I think kids would get a kick out of this for gaming, etc. All in all a good buy.

I bought this during black Friday for $99. It's been surprisingly good for its size. Can project on screen up to 60 inches without losing details. The projector might not seem excellent during day time due to less lumen, the projected video/ photo might look slightly washed out. However during night, on a darker room, the colors look vibrant and can actually give you a theatre feel. Worth trying out if you are on a tight budget and looking for a compact portable projector. Can be paired with computer using USB and mhl compatible phones

My daughter is a young woman in her first place without internet or cable so I purchased this for her to utilize her phone and Netflix. She now can enjoy Netflix and other video programs from her iPhone on the "big screen" aka, her wall. Only warning, I tried this on my Samsung S5, it doesn't have the most recent OS upgrade so I couldn't play it from my phone but it did work on an HTC phone that had a more recent update. For her iPhone 6, we had to purchase an additional cable, $50, to enable this device.

I initially bought this projector based on its ultra small size. I plan to carry it to meetings along with a laptop to make impromptu presentations. It seems well-built and it works well, but the light output is very low and the focus is not sharp enough to read text. If you are just going to watch a show or some video than this may be a good product for you, but if you plan on using it for business like I do, then you may want to find a projector with a brighter and crisper display.

Just bought this unit for $99 at BestBuy.com on Cyber Monday. (Retail $199). What a great value and deal for the money. You can't beat the value of a pretty decent Pico projector for $99. Used it with my iPhone 6+ and my iPad and works great. Enough lumens to have a decent projection quality simply by closing the blinds. Movies and videos are coming out in real-time very nicely. For $99, you can't beat that !

This is a great little projector!! I love that it has a battery life that lasts through a long movie, and is easy and convenient to take anywhere and set up with you phone to watch some tv for the kids or anyone. The screen size/focus could be better as in the dark it projects up to over 100 inches, but its not in-focus - if that focus could turn a bit more then it does perhaps it would be in focus, but besides that - for catoons its okay.
