    What an amazing little projector!

I don't often write reviews for products, but this little jewel is so great I just had to. I picked one up from BestBuy, just trying to get the cheapest projector that was actually HD capable. I was a little hesitant due to some of the reviews for their other models. After using it however, I can't believe I considered not getting one. First off, it's small, and ultra portable. The built in battery means you can take it anywhere project great HD video. The built in Android system is really nice (albeit running an ancient version of Android...) You don't have access to the Google Play Store, but the app store that Miroir provides had a decent selection of streaming media apps. Youtube, Netflix, Hulu, HBOGo, etc... Video playback works great! I read some reviews with people complaining about poor video streaming, but I haven't seen any issues at all. I also haven't tried playing media off the local media player, but can't imagine it would have issues... Also available in the store are the mobile versions of Word, Excel and Powerpoint, so great for a presentation too. Picture is absolutely amazing considering what this little device is. 400 lumens doesn't sound like a lot, but it's surprisingly bright. Your not going to watch something in broad daylight by any means, but a dark room, or outside once dusk has come it's perfectly fine. It's rated for a 100 inch screen size, and I'm sure that's optimal... But it works great well above that side. I've taken it up to at least 250 inches and it's still plenty clear and bright. Don't expect the picture of a $1k home theater projector... But it's surprisingly close... HDMI input is wonderful to have! Hook up pretty much any device, I've used DVD players, my Xbox One, Xbox 360, Nintendo Switch, Chromecast, and Microsoft MIRACAST stick. Sometimes you have some trouble getting it to pick up the HDMI signal, but just unplug it and plug it back in and your good! Mario Kart with lifesize cars is AMAZING!!! Battery life isn't as good as it could be, I get roughly an hour of YouTube streaming... Less if I'm using a media stick that is powered over USB... But, throw a nice USB battery pack on it and you can go for MUCH longer. The included remote is REALLY nice. Very functional in and of itself, but the mouse mode makes for very easy browsing. Bluetooth audio output is nice, but I mostly use the audio jack to plug in to external speakers. Although I've seen quite a few people downing the speakers in the device, I don't see why... They sound good and are plenty loud if you consider the size of the device they are in! Overall, this little technical marvel is a must for any gadget person, or anyone looking for a good general purpose projector. I highly recommend getting one NOW!

Versatile and high quality image Miroir M300A

Very happy with this product. The wifi and bluetooth features are a definitive plus (in combination with cloud-based file access and wireless external speaker pairing). Set up is a snap and very user friendly. The image is really quite exceptional and comparable to what one gets with a full size projector, both in terms of image resolution and size. I use it mostly for either tv watching (with a tv decoder link), MSOffice presentations, or art file viewing, and the results are truly impressive. The ability to use without cable attachments is quite awesome, however I did find that the HDMI cable hook-up to my IPAD yields a better image resolution for still image file viewing and also allows one to use the zoom feature that comes with the latter (not otherwise possible with the remote device that comes with the projector). Other product reviews that I consulted alluded to the whiny sound of the fan as a negative. While initially put off by this as well, this can be easily offset by either using (noise cancelling) headphones for film viewing or connecting to an external speaker and positioning oneself at a comfortable distance from the device. The noise level of the fan is not really all that loud, only that it has a high pitch whine which can be initially off putting but eventually one gets used to it by adjusting per the description above... The brightness is more than acceptable provided that the ambient light level in the area of projection is medium low to low. But clearly, the versality of good image resolution, combined with wireless use and bluetooth, makes for a very useful device for virtually any kind of video based use. Very happy with this little new toy!!...

Good picture and sound quality. Took forever to get set-up for multiple uses, especially difficult for small presentations. I thought it would be great to use to with Dropbox to have my files easily accessible to project anywhere, but that wasn't the case. Couldn't easily download a pdf viewer and took forever to open a doc in Word. Strong network connection, that wasn't it. It worked nicely to only project with HDMI to desktop, but the what's the point of portable and paying that much. YouTube worked nice and I assume it would be good for Netflix. I just didn't think it was worth the price. The charging port was loose, customer service wasn't very helpful. Too much of a hassle for the price. I returned it after all the time went in to logging into my apps.

I purchased this projector for PowerPoint presentations and practicing with my teams. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. It only has 400 lumens, but it was very clear. It’s a great size for traveling. The battery life is about 2 hours, so if you have a short client meeting you don’t have to worry about a bunch of plugs. I’ll be trying it out this weekend to project using the iPad. It comes with a short hdmi cable. If you want to connect wirelessly you can, but give yourself time to download required apps, etc and do the initial setup.

This is almost perfect. The Netfkix app works great, and yes you can download shows to watch offline (camping and such). It does support screen cast on android but will not cast Vudu or other video app content (only sound). Hdmi wifi dongle solves this problem though. It will cast local pictures and video. Picture is bright, crisp and exceptionally clear. There are not a lot of apps in its app store for it. All in all it is a very nice projector that I have been very pleased with and have used many times camping and in the back yard.

    Worthwhile Mini Projector

The Miroir M300 mini projector has a clear and fairly bright image although window shades are definitely needed for a sunlit room. It is not too difficult to use, but it is necessary to study the manual and attempt a few of the options to determine what functions for a chosen source. I could not get the projector to link wirelessly to my SurfaceBook except through the separate Windows 10 Wireless Display Adaptor (using both the HDMI and USB ports on the projector). If its user interface was more intuitive and convenient, it would be a five-star rating, but, overall, I really like the projector.

For the size and price, this projector is excellent. The picture quality is good and display size sufficient for most purposes. We do have to refocus it frequently (every 10 min) or so. Consider that if you are using it for long stretches. And the USB/internal storage hasn't work as well as I expected. There seem to be a very limited number of file types that can be read. But if you want to use it in a traditional, connected projector setup with a laptop or tablet it works well. Note- it doesn't come with a stand so you will have to get one separately.

This is a great projector, the picture is nice and bright and rated at 400 lumens. The User Interface is very simple and works well with the remote, which has very good range. It has a great form factor and very small footprint and the battery lasts a good 80 minutes. The projector had a major issue though in that the charging cable was shaky at best out of the box and after a couple weeks just stopped working. I researched this and found my occurrence was not an isolated one so I returned it.

Bought this projector to use outside, at night, and was very surprised that it put out a really good picture. Could be a little brighter, but very good for the price. Plugged a Chromecast in the HDMI slot to stream videos and connected a bluetooth speaker to the projectors bluetooth. There is a slight delay in the sound doing it that way. Using the apps that can be installed (Netflix), there is no delay in sound using bluetooth. Good product with minor issues I was able to work around.

Everything says it’s iOS compatible until you actually open the box and read the instructions. That’s when you find out that the iOS compatibility is only that you can view what is on the camera roll. You cannot see anything on TV app nor can you mirror the screen. Now I have a $400 brick that I can’t return because it was purchased as a Christmas present, then family emergencies happened, so it’s been months and I can’t return it.

I was looking for a small portable projector that was at least 720P. Looked at all the Pico models and they were 360P or less. I stumbled onto this model and read the reviews. It was <$500 so in my price range so thought I would give it a shot. Glad I did. This projectors packs a powerful punch. Runs android versions of Microsoft powerpoint and word and a few others. Picture is sharp and bright. Easy to configure. Very pleased with this little projector.

I was actually quite impressed with this product. For it to be a mini projector, the image quality is quite remarkable. You would think it was a regular, much more expensive projector. The only downfall I would say is that I can't project images from my iPhone and it's a little on the expensive side. Still getting to learn the different features of the device but outside of that, I would definitely recommend it.

I love this thing. It’s super small, which makes it easy for travel. I use it to project my handlettering onto a wall for large murals, but it also works to watch videos and movies on. I use a HDMI cord to connect it to my iPad. The sound quality isn’t ideal, but I think that could be easily resolved with some additional speakers.

Excellent projector in every way regarding sound, picture, brightness, and portability. The one flaw is that it is not compatible with Google's Chromecast. I noticed the sound on some of the films in my Google Movies library had some strange sound artifacts. I called Google and they said their Chromecast is not compatible with projector. This is too bad because in every other way a great device.

This is a good mini projector. Very compact and bright and good features. Very pleased EXCEPT - the battery life is horrible. Battery runs dead very fast. Any use over 30 minutes will almost always require using DC adapter. This may be normal for this type of device but the ability to operate longer on portable charge would be a big plus

I went to the store expecting to purchase the lower level model. but saw that the lumens were not enough. so I boight this model imstead and soo glad i did. I have used it several times and dont have to turn the lights off in the room for it to show up well. my clients have complemented it's size and power.

I bought this to do family movie night in the backyard. Thing works great! I use the built apps to stream Netflix, and I have it now streaming the World Series in the backyard during a party! The speaker is pretty quiet, but the 3.5mm headphone jack works great to output the sound to another device.

I previously purchased a projector that I didn't care for. It had high reviews but didn't live up to what it i was looking for. Took it back and returned it with no questions asked and got the Miroir smart DLP. Best choice for me. The quality and size was perfect for my Apple TV and Netflix. Its pricey but dang sure worth it.
