      WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS HAS NO ONE TO ANSWER THEIR PHONES. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE SAN RAFAEL LOCATION FOR AN HOUR!!!!! NO ONE WILL PICK UP THE PHONE. I HAVE HUNG UP AND TRIED OTHER OPTIONS FOR OTHER DEPARTMENTS. NO ONE WILL ANSWER THEIR PHONE. THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE OR RELIABLE BUSINESS. I SENT MY EMPLOYEES TO GET A GPS INSTALLED IN ONE OF OUR COMPANY CARS ON THEIR DAY OFF AND THEY WERE TURNED AWAY BECAUSE I HAD TO BE THEIR. NO ONE SAID THAT WHEN I SPOKE TO SOMEONE FROM THE GEEKSQUAD TO MAKE SURE THEY INSTALLED GPS'S INTO VEHICLES. NOW I AM TRYING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT SO THAT I CAN BE THERE, SO THAT THEY WILL INSTALL THE GPS INTO THE VEHICLE AND THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE.
