It is thin enough so that I can click on just what I want and not hit other items on the screen, which always happens when I use my finger. The tip is not too hard or soft, just pliable enough to react with the phone screen. I used one for over three years and lost it, had to run out to buy a new one right away.

I've had numerous styluses that were worthless, and never lasted long, or broke quickly. Many of them were also the "fat" style, and were difficult to use because the rubber tip was too big. But this one is the best I've used so far, and I highly recommend it.
