I have to give 5 stars to the actual men that came and did the actual install. The initial team that came to scope out my situation were friendly but tried to talk me into a different system. When I rescheduled the install the second team was great. And I'm glad I stuck with the system I originally purchsed.

Initial experience with first technician installing my cameras was not good, but the company manager, Tracy, made it right and sent another tech to complete the job. Please make it easier for callers to reach you--Best Buy and Geek Squad; the hold times are way too long.

Geek is all mess up! They never finished the order. Everything went wrong with my order. When I geek squad give me a pick date and time,they call and cancel out. This have happened 4 times. This is bad business.

I NEVER received a call or cancelation so I called and Best Buy confirmed. Got a number for my installer after staying home ALL day to finf he doesn't go in attic and had canceled my installation. Need this completed ASAP PLEASE!

The agents mounted my tv, mounted the doorbell, mounted the cameras and installed the mesh wifi. They were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked. Highly professional group.

Levi did an excellent job in running wire and hooking up the devices. He checked and made sure that everything was running well before he left. Though there was a delay due to scheduling, we are very pleased with the security device and the work that Levi did. We have already recommended him to others seeking a security device.

Kendall and his team worked very hard installing our 6 cameras. This was a complicated installation. Our Community Association required exterior wires be encased in electrical conduits (vaulted ceilings with no attic). Kendall made sure we were in compliance with Association rules - to not compromise our neighbors' privacy while protecting our property. I appreciate their hard work!

the agents did not mount the camera. They never open the box to try they said they could not run the wires in my Attic. Again they never open the box to try.

Contacted geek squad with live chat, explanted that I was having printer connect problems. The live chat was transferred to phone chat. I waited 1 1/2 hours for response no response so I then ended the call the problem still occurring.
