I liked the cameras and the DVR system however my condo was not compatible with this system and had to return. Would purchase again when buying a house.

The guys that installed my cams were great! They helped me understand how the cams worked and the different functions I could use to program each cam. They were awesome!

Totally dissatisfied with Geek Squad installation. I have never had worse service in my entire life. These incompetent people have given me the run around and did an installation of my equipment that looks like someone in kindergarten could have installed.

BB ran a good sale on this system. It works well and gets a good picture. The software requires time to learn but after you use it a few times on your portable device to check in it becomes much easier.

Brandon and Jimmy did a very nice job installing the security system and TV. They desired to do a great installation on both and helped me understand the system enough to get started using it.

The wired security cameras still NOT working properly. one of the cameras goes off line at night. another camera keep flickering. I have called several times to have the issues fixed, but still nothing happened. I called the 3rd party provider, he did not return my calls. I text him still nothing. I contacted GeekSquad, still waiting.

Better than I expected.. I'm so glad that I returned the Arlo pro 2 system... They are still sending me emails to update the software.I returned it almost a month ago.. it's like a bad marriage ?? Smh
