The third party installed the system. However, they damaged my ceiling and although I have submitted a claim, they have not paid and ignoring my calls. The system is still not working properly and I cannot get my phone app to function. The Geek Squad came in to hang the TV to the system but they would not run the HDMI cord from the DVR to the TV. I was told that the third party was supposed to do that because the Squad is not certified to do it. The third part said the Squad was supposed to do it. I finally ran it myself.

I liked the cameras and the DVR system however my condo was not compatible with this system and had to return. Would purchase again when buying a house.

Totally dissatisfied with Geek Squad installation. I have never had worse service in my entire life. These incompetent people have given me the run around and did an installation of my equipment that looks like someone in kindergarten could have installed.

Someone came out to house to look at see what needed done. When the installers showed up they said no go too much work. I decided to do the work myself, and did it in about two hours. Last time I will ever cal Best Buy’s to install anything in my house. They event charged my credit card in advance, then had to call to get my credit!!

The guys that installed my cams were great! They helped me understand how the cams worked and the different functions I could use to program each cam. They were awesome!

The wired security cameras still NOT working properly. one of the cameras goes off line at night. another camera keep flickering. I have called several times to have the issues fixed, but still nothing happened. I called the 3rd party provider, he did not return my calls. I text him still nothing. I contacted GeekSquad, still waiting.

BB ran a good sale on this system. It works well and gets a good picture. The software requires time to learn but after you use it a few times on your portable device to check in it becomes much easier.
