Easy setup for a wireless printing solution. Scanning is not as intuitive as previous AIO units I have owned, but still easy. Good quality, quiet operation, fast and affordable.

have not had any issues with the printer. quality is good.
only complaint was if the printer went into sleep mode, it did not wake up when a job was sent to print. so you had to power it on each time. not a big deal, but a little annoying. then a quick search showed that you could change that in the energy saving settings.
overall pleased with price & quality.

Cheap, But Good

We got this printer to replace a Brother printer we'd had for years and the heads just wore out. Since printing at home is not that common, we wanted something cheap, but still decent. This one wasn't the cheapest in the store, but it was close.
The good: very easy to set up with a nice touchscreen and interface, double sided color printing was a nice bonus, and the speed is pretty good as well. We use it mostly for schoolwork for our kids and it has served well.
The bad: you have to open the face of the printer when you want to print. I'm assuming they make it this way so it's sleek when not in use, but seriously, just put a paper feed slot an 1/8" in there and call it good. It's just a pain.
One of our questions was if you run out of color ink, can you still print in black and white (because the Brother required color even if you weren't using them). We were told all the entry level printers like this had that same stupid feature. So yes, you have to pay for new color cartridges if you run out before it will allow you to print just plain, black text.

This is a small printer for basic home printing. It works well for printing, copying, and scanning. The wireless feature is simple and easy to setup. I have no issues using any features from smart devices. Quick simple setup from my home computer and good quality with black and white/color print jobs. I was able to print full color PowerPoint slides (39) pages in a matter of minutes. Great for occasional use.

This is an easy to operate printer with good quality print. Our sales person showed us a number of printers and asked us several questions on what we were going to use our printer for. Pictures were not a prime focus for us. We were interest in the cost of ink and the ease of replacing the ink. After showing us a number of options we decided on a Canon. It seems to suit us well ,

This printer is nice, but has a few quarks: 1) It takes four/five ink cartridges instead of the usual two. 2) The output tray is fully extended, but the paper still heads to the floor. 3) there is an 'operating panel' that you must have fully opened to do anything. This really through me when trying to set it up.
Otherwise, easy set up - just follow the step by step directions. Prints fast.

This is a good printer to have if you are just using it for occasional copies or printing out something, it doesn’t have a tray to catch printed out material (unless I haven’t figured out where it is). It does a good job on pictures. It’s fairly easy to use. The screen usually tells you what you need to do if there is a problem.

This was purchased for my son as he often sells things online and needed something to print shipping labels as well as homework assignments for the coming year. This printer fit the bill.. quiet, good quality printing. My only gripe is that I wish it were a little smaller.

Easy to set up and use. Really like that I can have multiple devices (laptops, phones) all point to this printer wirelessly. With prior printers if I wanted something on my phone printed, I had to email it to myself, then log on to my laptop to print it.

We bought this to replace another printer that was not even a year old. This was easy to set up and does a fantastic job on the basics. I would recommend purchasing something else for printing photos. Like nearly any printer nowadays it comes with a small amount of ink so expect to replenish it rather quickly. I’m quite happy with my purchase.

I’ve had a lot of printers over the years and this one by far makes me wish I knew about it sooner, you can print wirelessly, it was such a great value the price was very unexpected due to the fact that it was a canon, the printer came with the ink included which had me sold after hearing the price as well

Use wirelessly in home office. Works well with my laptop. Copies quickly and interface easy to use. Seems to randomly choose where to draw paper from. Sometimes from the base and sometimes from the top. That is annoying but still happy overall.

After my larger printer ceased to function, I needed to find a replacement quickly. I am very pleased with the cordless Canon printer. It is smaller, powers up more quickly, and gets the job done. When printing more than one page, I do try to watch the paper output tray to make sure nothing catches on the extenders.

I have had a Lexmark , worked well, good photos but high ink usage, an hp, worked well, high ink usage, short life, poor photos. Now I'm trying the canon. It was easy to set up and connect to devices, prints nice pics and so far the ink use seems acceptable. Too early to tell, but first impression is good, I'm happy.

We were in need of a new printer and were going to replace our HP with another HP. However, our Best Buy employee steered us towards a new Canon. Takes getting use to different features after having an HP for several years. Copies are fast. Printing a receipt or other document is a bit slower however. The Sales employee also told us that most printers when sold do NOT have full cartridges in your new printer. Canon is the only that does it. We are pleased with what we have done so far.
We cannot review photo quality since we have not done that yet!

This is a great little printer. I have it hooked up so I can send things to print from my phone. This is a real freedom for someone in their 70's. I can print from my phone or computer from upstairs and when I come downstairs there it is. This is a really great thing
