Excellent Printer

Junk
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Printed about 6 times. Now it is frozen on “canon” startup screen. Due to intermitent use this is out of waranty and completely useless. Hp or epson for me next time.

It does the job as far as printing

This Canon printer was on sale and the Canon brand is a popular one so we decided to buy it. I am no expert when it comes to technology, but I can certainly do the basics. Having said this, I think my old printer (Epson) worked much, much better and was also much easier to use. This Canon printer gets the job done as far as basic printing, but the ease of scanning and other 'added' features remains a mystery. I am happy I kept my Epson printer, because I still use it often and now this Canon printer is more like a back-up printer.
