It worked great for the first month. After the first month, it jams constantly. Once it jammed so badly I had to remove the bottom and in doing so, noticed a couple screws were already missing. So was this item previously returned? Or was it just poorly crafted. I'm pretty mechanically savvy and have great trouble shooting skills. With a printer like this, I should be able to just load the paper, hit "Print" and it should work. Not this machine. Will never buy a Canon printer again. They make great cameras...but not printers.

I have had a similar printer from Canon fir years and really liked it. This one not so much. It has a paper jam every time I go to print something. Sometimes 2 or 3!

This is a good printer whenever it decides it wants to work. It takes forever to connect to your mobile device or laptop! UGH!

I was not able to get it to connect and stay connected with my wifi. Returned it and got an HP 5255 instead

there is a lengthy set-up to computer process. Mostly easy to use once connected.

I know that I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer but that being said this product was a real let down from my HP printer.

The WiFi/ Bluetooth will not correct, so annoying that I can’t get it to work. I’ve tried resetting everything

Printer gets jammed continuously! Very frustrating.

I kept getting messages that there was no paper in the cassette, although there was paper. Also messages about paper jam when there was no paper jam. Took it to Geek Squad where it had the same problems. I was able to get a refund. This printer is also very flimsy; when I moved parts of it, like a cassette it seemed like the part might break.

It is impossible to get this printer to connect wirelessly to my laptop ( Apple) or my iPhone! Several attempts for extended periods of time and since it was purchased more than 15 days ago ( the allotted time for returns), leaves my college student with a machine that she can not use. I had such high hopes for this machine.

Great but uses more ink than it should so not worth it

The ink cartridge can only print a few pages of paper.

I really liked cannon printers until I purchased this one...and then no longer at this time. I could print from my phone, print a test page from the laptop but continuously would get a printer error every time I tried to print. So...I have since returned it.

Returned printer 5 days after purchase. This printers software constantly would not function properly. It indicated I was not connected to the internet, although its own software showed I was connected when I checked the internet connection.

This printer would not work on the modem I had at home. I had customer service and a technition come to my house. This printer needed to be hooked up through my internet that was 5g. Directions were hard to understand too

Downloaded all drivers and still doesn't respond to print command

This was a horrible printer. It jammed up frequently. I would never recommend this printer.

Tried to print. I keep getting support code message. Still can’t print!! Had to finally call support to give me guidance.

Frustrating! Couldn’t get to work. Do not recommend at all!
