This is a great bulb, right off the bat you'll notice the difference in brightness from a generic bulb - this one is bright! Colors are plentiful and the controlling app is easy to use. The colors could be a little more vivid but then again my room is painted blue so that might be affecting the overall color. Lacks features like strobing or turning on/off at designated times (unless you get additional Misfit hardware), but overall this is a great and bright bulb and super affordable compared to most other LED bulbs. Definitely worth getting!

This is a great lighting system that allows you to control the lighting in your home or office through your phone or connected Misfit device via Bluetooth (no Wifi router required). The benefit to this is you can control the devices within 100-foot proximity without having a difficult time setting things up behind network firewalls and facing potential network connectivity issues. You can control the bulbs individually or as groups, change the color to mimic pre-set themes of natural landscapes, or even trigger mood lighting for special occasions at the push of a button. Currently the Misfit Flash functions to control the lights via the Misfit Link App (the Ray is currently having a firmware update being generated to control the lights without a glitch).

Easy to set up, colors are very vivid and fun to play with. However, because it is only connected through Bluetooth, it can only be controlled in a short range. Only several lighting color themes provided. Sturdy, nice metal design but gets hot to touch if left on.

Takes it almost a full minute to connect when i walk into the room. This means the auto on and auto off features are fairly useless unless I want to stand in the doorway for it to turn on. The actual switching of the colors is buggy and i have yet to get the bulb to dance to the music like it says it should. It is however a really cool thing to have after a rough day to just relax. I have even considered plugging it into the bathroom and soaking in the tub with it on. If the bulb does last for 20yrs like it says then it will be worth purchasing but that's to be determined.

Purchased this bulb based on a recommendation. It initially checked all the blocks (no add'l hardware, multi-color capability, ease of setup). The issue that we had with this one was that it connected by Bluetooth. This limited the functionality outside of the Bluetooth range. Great bulb with plenty of features, but the limitations were enough to warrant its return.

I love this light and it is much cheaper than most currently on the market. I looked at a lot of the smart bulbs before finally choosing this one. The hesitation came from the lack of music synchronization as other bulbs have but I was surprised to see that when I plugged my bulb in, it updated and actually DOES have the music feature! This made my purchase perfect. Changes colors and the themes are really cool, wake up feature (my room is pitch dark) and syncs with music. All I needed in a smart bulb and cheap price. Very content (if you couldn't tell)

Great that you don't need a hub or other device for this light bulb to work. Just put it in a lamp, keep the lamp in the on position and control the light via bluetooth. Has a great range of colors and they add more lighting features somewhat regularly. Wish there was a timer function for you to set the light to go on and off during specific days or times, but otherwise, great bulb.

I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS EXCEPT ONE THAT IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE SAMSUNG HUB BUT I HAVE 2 OF THEM WHICH I HAD PURCHASED BEFORE THE HUB. OTHER THAN THAT WORKS PERFECT WITH THE SMARTPHONE APP. IT WILL ALSO SAVE YOUR PREFERRED COLOR AS WELL. WORKS WITH THE REGULAR LIGHT SWITCH AS WELL. I REALLY ENJOY IT AND USE IT DAILY.

Saw this as I wad walking by an aísle. Great Product works great! Only Problems if Any is that some times it takes 20 seconds when first getting home to connect to your phone

The bulbs are a nice "gimmick" or gadget, and I'm pretty happy with them. That said, they're not as bright as I initially thought (plenty bright enough for a room, or to read by, etc..., but when changing colors to darker or deeper colors, it's harder to see some of those colors). Getting the Misfit Flash to control them in a particular room has been helpful too.

I love this bulb however if you want to go into a smart home era I'd recommend just going with Philips bulbs

I thought these bulbs were an entry level type bulb for color changing bulbs. They work off of Bluetooth and not wifi. This is the main disadvantage, in that you can only control them while at home. Also the saturation levels of color was not on par with LIFX bulbs in my opinion. But for the cost difference it may be an option for some.

This led bulb works well and feels like a high quality item. Control from your bluetooth enabled device, set colors manually or use the preset colors. Some of them have a play mode and will change slightly for realism.

It is an awesome product the light and its functions are real easy to use. It really sets the mood in the room and without the hassle of a separate wireless modem.

Got these as Christmas presents for my kids and they love them. They recently discovered the mode that changes the light based upon ambient sound. One uses it for music parties, the other uses it during movies and says it enhances the viewing experience.

This was an impulse purchase for my son's college dorm room and he just loves it. He uses it to change the room color to match his mood. It's a fun item !!!

I would definitely recommended this light bulb to anyone who likes to have different color of lights in the bedroom or living room etc.

This product is ok, it does what its supposed to do. It's easy to use, you just have to download the app. The reason for only 3 stars is I'm not sure it's worth the price. It would be a good buy if purchased on sale.
